Chicken Pot Pie Casserole- Highly Recommend!
16 oz frozen mixed vegetables
2 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
1 cup milk
1 cup Bisquick
1 stick of butter, melted
In casserole dish mix veggies, cream of chicken, and diced chicken together
Spread evenly
In a bowl, mix together milk, butter, and Bisquick
Pour onto veggie/chicken mixture but do not mix together
Spread evenly
Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour
Chicken Pot Pie with Bisquick
This chicken pot pie is an easy dinner to put together and you can work on other things while it's baking. You could also change it up with turkey and use different flavor cream soups. If you love pot pie and want comfort food you must try this.

8.5 oz. Can Cream of Coconut
1/2 Cup *Biscuit Mix (like Bisquick)
1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
3 Tbls. Soft Butter, Unsalted
* You may also substitute 1/2 Cup AP Flour,
1 tsp. Baking powder, and 1/2 tsp. salt
