How To make Impossible Turkey Pie
2 c Turkey or chicken;
- cooked;cutup 4 1/2 oz Mushrooms; sliced; drained
1/2 c Green onions; sliced
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Swiss Cheese; shredded
1 1/2 c Milk
3/4 c Bisquick
3 Eggs
Heat oven to 400. Lightly grease a 10" pie plate. Sprinkle turkey, mushrooms, onions, salt, and cheese in pie plate. Beat remaining ingred. until smooth, in blender on high. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, 30-35 minutes. Let stand 5 min. before cutting. Refrig. any remaining pie. Makes 6-8 servings. Can Substitute smoked cooked ham for the turkey. HIGH ALT: Bake 35-40 min.

Betty's Impossible Pumpkin Pie for Thanksgiving
Betty demonstrates how to make Impossible Pumpkin Pie. This is a great pie for Thanksgiving and is so easy to make. It makes its own crust!
Impossible Pumpkin Pie
2/3 cup sugar
½ cup Bisquick baking mix
2 tablespoons melted butter
12-ounce can evaporated milk
2 eggs
15-ounce can pumpkin puree
2 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
cooking oil spray
sweetened whipped cream
mint sprigs
Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Use a mixer on medium to high speed to beat mixture until smooth, about 1 minute. Pour into a pie plate that has been sprayed with cooking oil spray. Bake at 350 degrees (F) about 40 to 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean. Remove from oven and place on a cooling rack to cool. Chill pie before garnishing the top. To serve, cut pie into 8 wedges. Place each wedge on a dessert plate. Put a dollop of sweetened whipped cream and a sprig of mint on each wedge. Serve immediately. The EASIEST Pie - Key Lime Impossible Pie!
This Key Lime Pie recipe is well worth adding to your repertoire. I call it the impossible pie as its impossible to not taste good!
Ingredients (US & METRIC):
375ml/ 1 ½ cps milk
250g/ 1 cups sugar
2 large free range eggs
75g/ 2.6 oz desiccated coconut
3 tbsp plain flour
50g/ ½ stick butter, melted
1 tbsp vanilla extract
3 limes, juice and zest (key limes if you can get them)
For the topping:
250ml/ 1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp icing sugar
125g/ ½ cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp dark rum (optional)

Chicken Pot Pie Casserole- Highly Recommend!
16 oz frozen mixed vegetables
2 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
1 cup milk
1 cup Bisquick
1 stick of butter, melted
In casserole dish mix veggies, cream of chicken, and diced chicken together
Spread evenly
In a bowl, mix together milk, butter, and Bisquick
Pour onto veggie/chicken mixture but do not mix together
Spread evenly
Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour
