NGUYÊN LIỆU / INGREDIENTS
*Caramel
60g bơ lạt / 60gr Unsalted butter
70g đường / 70gr sugar
*Topping Táo
4 quả táo / 4 apples
30g đường / 30gr sugar
1mcf bột quế / 1 tsp cinnamon powder
*Cốt bánh / The Cake
75g bơ lạt (mềm) / 75gr Unsalted butter (room temperature)
65g đường cát / 65gr sugar
3 quả trứng / 3 eggs
40ml sữa tươi /40gr whole milk
1mcf chiết xuất vani / 1 tsp vanilla extract
1 MC Vỏ chanh bào (tùy thích nếu có bánh thơm hơn)
2mcf bột nở / 1 Tbsp lemon zest
100g bột cake (số 8) / 100gr cake flour

For the cake 18-20 cm
????Ingredients:
125 g (1 cup) wheat flour
120 g (2/3 cup) semolina
120 g (2/3 cup) sugar (can be replaced with brown cane or coconut)
5 g (1 tsp) baking powder
2 g (1/4 tsp) salt
1 tsp cinnamon (can be replaced with vanilla) - optional
8 pcs. apples, medium - 1.2 kg of apples
80 g (1/3 cup) butter (cold)
45 g (2 tbsp) brown cane sugar (can be replaced with any other)

20 g (2 tsp) powdered sugar (for dusting)
????????Instructions:
????Turn on the oven for 175-180 C (360 F). MODE: Upper and Lower heat
✅Combine all dry ingredients: Combine flour, semolina, sugar, baking powder, salt. Mix it up.
✅Prepare apples: Peel the apples and grate them on a coarse grater.
✅Assemble the cake: Lay the parchment on the bottom of the split mold. Alternating layers, assemble the future cake: start with the dry part. The thinner the layers, the better. Finish the assembly with the dry part. Rub cold butter on the top and sprinkle with brown sugar (or any other).
✅Bake in the oven, preheated to 175-180C, 55-60 minutes.
*If the top begins to actively turn golden, you can cover the mold with foil so that the top of the pie does not burn.
*Allow the cake to cool for 1 hour, remove from the mold and sprinkle a thin layer of powdered sugar on top (optional).

Jewish Apple Cake
Jewish Apple Cake is made without any dairy, so it's a perfect dessert for the kosher kitchen.
Jewish Apple Cake
Serves 8-10
Preheat oven to 350℉, 176℃
In a medium bowl, mix together:
4 cups of peeled, sliced apples. I used Granny Smith and Fuji (113g)
1 cup granulated sugar (200g)
1 tablespoon cinnamon (11g)
An optional addition: 1 cup of toasted and chopped walnuts or pecans (113g)
Set this aside to macerate
In a large bowl, mix together dry ingredients:
3 cups AP flour (375g)
1 tablespoon baking powder (12g)
1/2 teaspoon salt
In the bowl of a stand mixer, mix for one minute on medium speed:
4 large eggs, room temperature
2-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract (11g)
1/2 cup light brown sugar (106g)
1 cup granulated sugar (200g)
Add:
1/2 cup of orange or pineapple juice (132g)
Add the dry ingredients in three increments, alternating with
3/4 cup of vegetable oil (148g)
Drain the apples and mix that liquid into the batter.
Place half of the apple mixture into the bottom of a prepared bundt pan. Top that with half of the batter, then the rest of the apples, followed by the batter.
Bake at 350℉, 176℃ for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Rest the pan for 10 minutes before unmolding the cake. Cool on a wire rack then enjoy!
