How To make Jiffy Cinnamon Buns
2 c flour
2 tb sugar
4 ts powder
1 ts salt
1/4 c cold margarine
1 c cold milk
1 ~~~~~~~filling~~~~~~~~~
1/3 c margarine
1 c brown sugar
3 ts cinnamon
1/3 c raisins
1 ~~~~~~~~glaze~~~~~~~~~~
1/2 c icing sugar
1 enough water to make thin
1 glaze.
In large bowl combine flour,sugar,powder, and salt. Cut in margarine until crumbly. Make well in center. Pour milk into well. Stir to form dough, adding more milk if needed. Turn onto lightly floured surface. Knead 8-10 times. Roll into rectangle. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~FILLING~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Cream margarine,brown sugar, and cinnamon together well. Drop 1 tsp. into each of 12 muffin tins. Spread rest over dough. Sprinkle raisins over top. Roll up as a jelly roll. Mark, then cut 12 slices. Place cut side down in muffin tins. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~GLAZE~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Drizzle over cinnamon buns. -----

Cinnamon Roll | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana
Cinnamon Rolls are a buttery delight which arouses your taste buds and surprises you with the flavourful and aromatic use of cinnamon.
CINNAMON ROLLS
Ingredients
2 cups refined flour (maida), sifted
1 tablespoon activated fresh yeast
2½ tablespoons castor sugar
2½ tablespoons melted butter + for greasing and brushing
¼ cup sour cream
½ teaspoon vanilla essence
Salt to taste
1 egg
Pistachio powder for sprinkling
Chopped walnuts for topping
Raisins for topping
Milk for brushing
Filling
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon nutmeg (jaiphal) powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
Method
1. Mix together flour, yeast, castor sugar, butter, sour cream, vanilla essence, salt and egg in a bowl. Knead to a soft dough and set aside to prove.
2. Grease a glass baking dish with some butter.
3. To make the filling, mix together brown sugar, nutmeg powder and cinnamon powder in another bowl.
4. Knock back the dough, divide into equal portions and roll out into sheets. Brush some butter on top.
5. Sprinkle a portion of filling and some pistachio powder, top with some walnuts and some raisins. Roll into cylinders and cut into thick slices.
6. Arrange the slices in the greased dish, cover with a damp muslin cloth and set in a warm place for 1½ hours.
7. Preheat the oven at 180˚C.
8. Brush the rolls with some milk, put the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or till golden brown.
9. Serve warm.

Jiffy Baking Mix Cinnamon Rolls
This is a recipe straight from the box of Jiffy Baking Mix. I had never tried it until today.
2 Cups of Jiffy Brand baking mix
3 oz of cream cheese, soft
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 butter or margarine, soft
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup light corn syrup
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Grease an 8 square pan. Blend baking mix, cream cheese and 2 tablespoons sugar until crumbly. Add milk to form a soft dough. On a floured surface, knead the dough 2-3 times. Roll or pat out to 15 x 8 rectangle. Spread margarine or butter. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top. Drizzle with corn syrup. Roll up from long side. Place in pan and bake 15-20 minutes.
