Today I am sharing 3 meals I've cooked and fed my family this week. Now the kids are back to school, I feel like everything has got a little hectic with clubs and after school activities.. these meals are all super easy to make and packed full of flavour. Tomato Sauce Recipe:
ONION DICER:

MEALS & INGREDIENTS:
BEEF STEW:
1 onion, 3 garlic cloves, 5 carrots, 2 celery sticks, 500g diced beef, 2 beef stock cubes, 1 tbsp flour, 300ml hot water, 1 tin chopped tomatoes, 2tsp thyme, 3 bay leaves, 2tbsp Lea& Perrins salt & pepper, potatoes
TERIYAKI CHICKEN:
2tbsp sesame seed oil, 400g chicken fillets, 5tbsp honey, 3tbsp soy sauce, 2 garlic cloves, nub ginger, broccoli, rice, spring onions
MEATBALLS:
500g beef mince, nduja sausage, burrata, homemade tomato sauce (see above), potatoes, salt & pepper

LEMON CHICKEN:
6 chicken thigh fillets, 400g orzo, 2 lemons juiced, 600ml veggie stock, 100g frozen spinach,Salt & pepper, cheese
SALMON PASTA:
499g spaghetti, 1 white onion, 5 cloves garlic, 2 salkon fillets, 100g spinach, 200g soft cheese, 200ml veg stock
GNOCCHI TRAYBAKE:
400g gnocchi, 200g chorizo, 300g mixed tomatoes, 50g rose harissa, olive oil, cheese
QUESADILLAS (per wrap):
2 wraps, refried beans, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, cheese, sweetcorn, cucumber, wedges

SLOW COOKER MEAL IDEAS | ONE POT CHICKEN & CHORIZO DINNER | KERRY WHELPDALE
Today I am sharing my favourite slow cooker meal idea to feed your family. I love using the slow cooker for dinners as you literally throw everything into one pot and leave it to cook on low for 8 hours!! EASY!!!

TO BUY MY SLOW COOKER:
INGREDIENTS NEEDED (to feed 4 people):
3 chicken Breasts
1/2 pack chorizo
1 Onion
3 Garlic Cloves

2 Peppers (2 different colours for extra flavour)
10 Baby tomatoes
