Pie Crust:
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) COLD Butter cut in small cubes
1 3/4 cup flour
3/4 tsp salt
1 egg yolk
1/4 cup ice water
Cut butter into tiny cubes, add dry ingredients and egg yolk, blend until the texture of damp sand ( might have some particles that are not clumped together) - slowly and a little at a time add ice water.
Filling:
I use the recipe on the back of canned pumpkin.
You can also use 1-2 cups of smashed/fresh pumpkin
2 eggs
1 can or 12 oz of any milk (I often do not have canned milk and have even used almond milk and it works just fine)
3/4 cups sugar
1/2 tsp salt
pumpkin pie seasoning to taste (what I used) or you can add the seasonings such as cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, - we do not like a strong spice so I use about 1 tbsp. of pumpkin pie spice.
3 tbsp. honey
We also use this pie crust for chicken or beef pot pie.

Ingredients
Muffin
2 ½ c ap flour
2 c sugar
1 T pumpkin pie spice
1 t baking soda
½ t salt
2 eggs
1 c pumpkin puree
½ c oil
2 cups diced apple
Streusel
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
¼ c sugar
½ t cinnamon
4 T butter
Carmel sauce to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Lightly grease muffin cups in a muffin tin
Mix together flour, sugar, spice baking soda and salt
Whisk together eggs, pumpkin, and oil
Mix pumpkin mixture in with flour mixture, add in apples
Spoon into muffin cups
Mix together flour, sugar and cinnamon
Cut in butter until crumbles form
Sprinkle onto muffins and bake for 35 minutes
While hot top with carmel sauce

Festive Layered Dip Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1 cup TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
2 cups KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 green pepper, finely chopped
2 green onions, chopped
RITZ Crackers
Directions:
1. MIX first 3 ingredients;spread onto bottom of shallow 1-1/2-qt. bowl.
2. TOP with all remaining ingredients except crackers.
3. SERVE with crackers.
Classic Bacon Spinach Salad Recipe

makes: 6 servings
Ingredients:
5 cups torn spinach leaves
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
3/4 cup KRAFT CATALINA Dressing
Directions:
1. TOSS all ingredients except dressing in large bowl.
2. ADD dressing; mix lightly.
Tips:
- Prepare as directed, adding 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, grilled, cut into strips.
- Prepare as directed, substituting 1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Bacon Pieces for the cooked and crumbled bacon.
- Spinach can hold a lot of dirt and must be thoroughly washed before using. To clean, fill a large bowl with water, then swish spinach around in water until most of the dirt comes off. Repeat process 2 or 3 times, using clean water each time, until no more dirt clings to the spinach. Rinse thoroughly under running water and remove hard stems. Spin dry in salad spinner and/or pat dry with paper towels. Use immediately or store in refrigerator up to 4 days.
Turtle Pumpkin Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. caramel ice cream topping, divided
1 HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.)
1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp. chopped PLANTERS Pecans, divided
2 pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1 cup cold milk
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
Directions:
1. POUR 1/4 cup caramel topping into crust; sprinkle with 1/2 cup nuts.
2. BEAT next 5 ingredients in large bowl with whisk until well blended. Stir in 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP; spoon into crust.
3. REFRIGERATE 1 hour. Top with remaining COOL WHIP, caramel topping and nuts just before serving.
Tips:
- At 10 servings, this tasty pie is a perfect dessert to feed a crowd.

Found Cancer in my Chicken Meat ???? #Shorts
Today I was quartering a chicken and found large masses of cancer in the chicken breasts. I have never seen this in chicken meat before. I have heard of cancer in pork meat but never seen it in chicken before. This is an example of why you should quarter your own chickens because you can see everything and discard the meat instead of just cutting around it. The grocery store refunded me and gave me a new chicken that was fine. In all my years first time seeing this. Let me know in comments if you have ever seen this before. #shorts

Pumpkin Cupcakes
Makes 1 dozen cupcakes
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ginger
¼ tsp salt
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, room temperature
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cups pumpkin purée
Directions:
1. Whisk together flour, baking soda, spices, and salt.
2. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Crack in eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Mix in vanilla extract.
3. Alternate adding flour and pumpkin puree, beginning and ending with the flour. Scoop into 12 cupcake liners, and bake at 350F for 18 min.
Cream Cheese Frosting Ingredients
8 oz softened cream cheese
3 cups powdered sugar
3 T milk
Mix cream cheese until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar 1 cup at a time until incorporated. Beat in 3 T of milk.

(02:08) Step 1: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
(02:11) Step 2: Peel and chop apples into small pieces
(02:15) Step 3: Place apples in a large bowl with sugar, flour, and cinnamon
(02:22) Step 4: Mix together to coat the apples
(02:35) Step 5: Roll out the dough and cut 4-in circles
