How To make Kroger's Seafood Pasta
1 pk Louis Kemp crab, lobster,
. or scallop delights 1 md Onion; chopped
1 sm Bell pepper; chopped
1 cl Garlic; minced
1 ts Dried oregano
2 tb Olive oil
2 cn Diced tomatoes; 16oz each
1 ts Oregano
Salt & pepper to taste 1 lb Pasta; any variety
In a skillet combine the oil, onion, bell pepper and garlic. Saute until the vegetables are tender. Add the tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper; bring to a boil for 1 minute, then reduce the heat. Simmer for 10 minutes, add the Louis Kemp Delights and simmer for 3 minutes. Serve the sauce warm over pasta. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.

How to make Crawfish Pasta New Orleans Style | Seafood Pasta | Mardi Gras Food
This is one of the best tasting pasta dishes you can make and during crawfish season ( Late February till mid June ) it will be even better because you can get fresh crawfish. But if you don’t live in New Orleans try to get the Bernards brand of crawfish and watch my video for the most authentic taste of crawfish pasta.
Ingredients
2 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp Bacon Fat
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
6-8 Green Onions
6-8 Garlic Cloves
2-3 Tsp Cajun’s Choice creole Seasoning (You can get these at Sprouts Supermarket)
1 Tsp Louisiana Brand Cajun Seasoning
1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/2 Tsp Crushed chili Flakes
2 - 12 oz Bernard’s Crawfish Tails
5 whole shrimp heads or crawfish heads for better flavor
8 oz Fresh Crab Meat (Chicken of the Sea From Costco)
16 oz Heavy Cream
16 oz Half & Half
2-3 Cups of Pecorino Romano / Parmesan Cheese
You can use whatever pasta you like Rotini, penne spaghetti linguini and cook them to al dente directions. Be sure to use Cajun seasoning instead of salt to salt the water. I also used 2 boxes of penne pasta. This feeds around 8 people comfortably.
