How To make Lemon Cranberry Pie
Pastry for 9-inch One-Crust Pie -- baked 1 16 oz. can whole-berry cranberry sauce
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
3 egg yolks
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Prepare pastry. In small sauce pan, combine cranberry sauce, cornstarch, and sugar over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Spoon into pastry shell. MC formatting by bobbi744@sojourn.com

How to Make the Best Cranberry Pie
Cranberry Pie is a super delicious holiday treat. The tart cranberries make an excellent mix with this pie.
Everyone knows that cranberries are extremely healthy for you, so this pie actually is healthy.
The perfect mix of the cranberries with the flaky but chew dough, make for an excellent combination.
Cranberry pie is my favorite pie, especially my favorite holiday pie.
Ingredients:
Filling:
3 to 3 1/2 Cups fresh cranberries
1 Small orange, cut into tiny slices
1 Cup sugar
2 Tbsp butter, melted
4 1/2 Tsp of all purpose flour
1 Tsp grated orange peel
2 Tsp grated lemon peel
1/4 Tsp salt
1 Beaten egg
Orange Cream:
1 Cup heavy whipping cream
1 Tbsp sugar
2 Tsp grated orange peel
1 Tsp orange extract
Pie Crust:
2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 tsp salt
2/3 cup shortening
6 to 7 tbsp of ice cold water
Meyer Lemon Cranberry Sauce! Best Tasting I Have Ever Had!
This Meyer lemon cranberry sauce is the perfect addition to any meal and so easy to make.
This recipe can be easily be doubled tripled or quadrupled to make additional jars for family friends and neighbors.
You will need:
One Meyer lemon
2 cups of cranberries fresh
One cup of sugar
One cup of water
Zest your lemon and put Zest in a bowl
Juice or lemon and set aside the juice
Pull the pole out of the lemons and put them in a cheesecloth and tie them up with string
Chop your lemon peels into little pieces and set aside
In a pot you’re going to want to add the lemon juice the water the lemon peels in your belt bag and bring it to a boil for about 10 minutes
After 10 minutes you’re going to want to squeeze the belt bag and remove it and then add your sugar and cranberries and bring those to boil for about 10 minutes
Remove from heat and add your lemon zest in stir in and then little the cranberry sunshine sauce into jars
This will keep for about a month in the refrigerator but if you want to keep it longer you’ll need to water bath can them.
