How To make Mexican: Old El Paso Enchiladas Suiza
3 c Cooked shredded chicken
1 c (4-oz) OLD EL PASO Chopped
Green Chilies 1 ts Salt
1 c (10-oz) OLD EL PASO Green
Enchilada Sauce 1 cn (5.33 fl oz) PET Evaporated
Milk 12 OLD EL PASO Corn Tortillas
2 c Shredded Monterey Jack
Cheese Mix together chicken, chilies and salt. Combine enchilada sauce and evaporated milk. Fry tortillas in hot oil for a few seconds on each side until limp. Dip each tortilla in enchilada sauce mixture; fill with 1/4 cup chicken mixture; roll up and place seam side down in 13X9-inch baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in preheated 425-degree F oven for 15 minute, until bubbly.

Easy Beef Enchiladas
Hey guys! Welcome back to our channel! Today we're making easy beef enchiladas! They are so yum and I know you'll love em! Say hello and we will see you in the next one!

Beef Enchilada Recipe
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Salt ( sounds like alot but ground beef needs it)
2 teaspoons black Pepper
2 teaspoons Onion powder
2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
2 teaspoons Chili powder
1 teaspoon Cumin
2 teaspoons oregano
1 small can mild green chiles
1 can dark red kidney beans
1 8oz bag monterey jack cheese
1 8oz bag sharp cheddar cheese
1 large can enchilada sauce
flour tortillas
green onions, chopped
1 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
Preheat oven to 375
1. In a deep skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and saute onion and garlic for about 1 minute. Add in ground beef and seasonings and cook until almost cooked through.
2. Add in can of chiles and kidney beans and stir. COok rest of meat until completely browned.
3. Using a 9x13 glass dish, spray with non stick spray. Add in about a half cup of enchilada sauce to the pan and make sauce even.
4. Using warmed flour tortillas, add in cheese and a nice amount of meat, roll and place fold down into the pan. Once down top enchiladas with about 1 cup of sauce. Spread evenly and top with all of the sharp cheddar cheese.
5. Bake for about 30 minutes and then add green onions!
