How To make No Fat Fried Chicken
4 Chicken breast halves,
-skinned, boned and patted -dry 3/4 c Buttermilk
3 tb Parmesan cheese
1/2 c Dry bread crumbs
1/2 ts Rosemary
1/2 ts Thyme
1/4 ts Garlic powder
1/4 ts Onion powder
1/4 ts Black pepper
Cover a baking sheet with foil and lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray. In a shallow disk combine all ingredients except chicken and buttermilk. In a separate dish, dip chicken in buttermilk then roll in dry mixture and place on baking sheet. Bake at 400! for 35 to 40 minutes until golden.

High Protein Crispy Chicken Fried Rice! 529 calories per serving with 61g of protein!
Macros per serving (total 2 serving)
529 calories - 61g protein / 46g carbs / 12g fat
This is my new favorite way of making chicken, it’s so crispy, juicy and absolutely delicious! Goes perfectly with this egg fried rice! Great for meal prep too????????
INGREDIENTS
• 300g chicken breast cut into cubes (raw weight)
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tap paprika
• 1 tbsp light & dark soy sauce
• 15-20g corn flour (you can use plain flour)
Mix till well combined
Cook on high heat with 1-2 tsp olive oil. 2-3 mins each side till golden and crispy
For the fried rice:
• 1 cup mixed veg (100g) i used carrots, corn and peas
• 2 eggs + 2 egg whites
• 240g leftover cooked rice
• 1 tbsp soy sauce (can add more if needed)
• 1 tbsp ouster sauce
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• Add cooked chicken
• Garnish with green onion

Let me show you how to make crispy fried chicken without having to deep fry in oil!

Ingredients
4 chicken thighs or chicken or choice
seasoning: chicken bouillon, salt, creole seasoning, lemon pepper (no salt), garlic powder, chicken seasoning. I used about 1/4 tsp to a pinch of each seasoning. I seasoned lightly since it was only 4 pieces of chicken, but you season to taste
1 cup self rising flour- season lightly
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp mustard
1/2 tbsp hot sauce
olive oil
Note: 1 beaten egg can also be used as a binder if mustard is not preferred.
I find that the cook time varies greatly by the size of the chicken, cut of chicken, and airfryer model. Some airfryers run hotter than others, so always adjust cook time to fit your needs. Always go by the internal temperature and how the outer coating looks. Even though I used thighs, wings is hitting!
