How To make Oatmeal Hawaiian Bread
Servings: 1
4 eggs
1 1/2 c sugar
2 1/2 c flour
2 1/2 c (20 oz.) crushed pineapple,
drained 3 c (10 oz.) coconut
2 ts soda
1 1/2 c oats
2 ts salt
Combine eggs, sugar, and beat until light. Sift flour, salt and soda; add to egg mixture and beat until smooth. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Spoon into greased and floured 9x5 loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees 1 hour. Remove from pans immediately.

47g/2 1/3 tbsp boiling water
Dough ingredients:
Prepared yudane
187g/1 1/3 cups & 1 1/2 tbsp bread flour
12g/2 tbsp quick oats
23g/1/2 large beaten egg
29g/1 1/2 tbsp condensed oat milk or other condensed milk
2.3g/2/3 tsp instant yeast
1.5g/2/3 tsp salt
82g/1/3 cup & 1 tbsp water or milk
17g/1 1/4 tbsp oil or butter
12g/1/2 tbsp honey
8g/1 2/3 tbsp powdered milk (optional)
