Ingredient A: Strong flour 125g, Instant dry yeast 3g, Water 150g, Honey 15g, Tongchung 50g (10g flour mix with 50g water, heated up until thick)
Ingredient B: Strong flour 125g, Salt 3g, Sesame 4 Tsp, Oatmeal 4 Tsp
Mix Ingredient B with A into a dough. Bake at 180c for 20 mins.

Ingredients for oatmeal bread 1 recipe:
3 cups of oatmeal.
2 eggs.
1 tsp salt.
1.5 cups of yogurt.
to add something.
1 cup walnuts.
Add any nuts and seeds to taste.
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds.
1 tbsp sunflower seeds.
1 tbsp baking powder.
Bread pan 30/11 cm.
11/4 inch.
I added a few sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35 minutes.
Ingredients for Oatmeal Bread 2 Recipe:
2 eggs.
150 g yogurt 5 oz.
half a teaspoon of salt.
2 cups + 0.5 cups 275-280 grams of rolled oats.
9.8 oz.
grind in a blender.
1 tbsp baking powder.
Add any nuts and seeds to taste.
I have a mix of sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds.
Bake in preheated oven at 180C 360F for 25 minutes.

I am using gluten free oatmeal for my bread recipes. I love to make easy gluten free bread recipes because they are easy, healthy and oatmeal is better than white flour.
Ingredients:
280 gr oats (3 cups)
2 eggs
250 gr yoghurt (1 cup)
2 tsp banking powder
pinch of salt
1 tbsp sesame seeds
handful walnuts
pinch of black pepper (optional)
bake for 30-35 minutes at 180˚C (365˚F)

This recipe requires only 5 ingredients (flour, oats, yeast, salt and water – how pure is that?), a little handling of the dough and with minimal effort, the result is fresh bread – you baked yourself!
No-Knead Honey Oatmeal… (super easy… no mixer… no bread machine)
Bread making doesn’t get any easier than this… no mixer or bread machine (I’ll make it in a glass bowl with a spoon)… no-kneading (Mother Nature will do the kneading for me)… “hands-free” technique (I won’t even touch the dough with my hands)… no shaping (I’ll let the bakeware shape the bread for me). It doesn’t get any easier than this.
