How To make Oatmeal Sesame Crisps
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in sugar and vanilla and cook until bubbly. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased 12x8 inch pan and bake in 350F oven for 7-10 minutes or until golden brown. When cool, cut into pieces of desired size

Ingredients:
- 70 grams of soft butter (5 tablespoons)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 100 grams of sugar (1/2 cup)
- 1 egg
- 35 grams of sesame seeds (1/3 cup)
- 35 grams of flax seeds (1/3 cup)
- 75 grams all-purpose flour (1/3 cup+ 1 tbsp)
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven / 8-10 minutes.

125g (1/2 cup) butter(牛油)
50g (1/4 cup ) caster sugar (细砂糖)
100g (3/4 cup) plain flour (普通面粉)
40g (1/3 cup) rice flour (粘米粉)
1/2 tsp baking powder (发粉)
1/4 tsp salt (盐)
100g(1 cup) rolled oats (燕麦片)
2 tbsp black sesame seeds (黑芝麻)
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 20 minuets.
