Best bread I've ever made! No mixer and no kneading! It's a delicious bread for breakfast. Easy homemade bread recipe. Your whole family will love it and ask for this homemade bread recipe.
1 cup (200g) sugar
2 large eggs
½ cup (100g) vegetable oil
1 ½ tsp vanilla
1 ½ cup (200g) all purpose flour
¼ tsp baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon allspice
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup (45g) rolled oats (oatmeal)
¾ cup (190g) applesauce
½ cup (60g) walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Lightly grease a 9 x 5 (23 X13 cm) loaf pan
In large bowl, mix together sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract.
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices and salt into large bowl.
Add oats, applesauce, and walnuts.
Stir until combined.
Pour mixture into pan.
Add a few rolled oats.
Bake for 45 -60 minutes.
Remove bread from the oven and cool completely before eating (in my case I bake it when no one is home so the cake (loaf) has a chance to cool!

I am using gluten free oatmeal for my bread recipes. I love to make easy gluten free bread recipes because they are easy, healthy and oatmeal is better than white flour.
Ingredients:
280 gr oats (3 cups)
2 eggs
250 gr yoghurt (1 cup)
2 tsp banking powder
pinch of salt
1 tbsp sesame seeds
handful walnuts
pinch of black pepper (optional)
bake for 30-35 minutes at 180˚C (365˚F)

Chia seeds and oatmeal healthy bread
Ingredients
Chia seeds 2 tablespoons
Sunflower seeds 1 tablespoon
Pepita seeds 1 tablespoon
Hemp seeds 1 tablespoon
Sesame seeds 1 tablespoon
Oatmeal (grind oats in a mixer) 100 gms or 1 cup
Optional if you want to add plain flour 100 gms
You can double oatmeal and exclude wheat flour
Water 1 1/2 cups or 150 mil
Yeast 1 teaspoon
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Salt as per taste 1 teaspoon
Mix all the ingredients ( if dough is still quite thick then add little more water).
Let it rest between 1-2 hours.
Bake at 200 degrees centigrade for 30 minutes or longer if you want to brown it more.
Let it cool down before slicing it.

Ingredient A: Strong flour 125g, Instant dry yeast 3g, Water 150g, Honey 15g, Tongchung 50g (10g flour mix with 50g water, heated up until thick)
Ingredient B: Strong flour 125g, Salt 3g, Sesame 4 Tsp, Oatmeal 4 Tsp
Mix Ingredient B with A into a dough. Bake at 180c for 20 mins.
