Extra Virgin olive oil- 2 Tbsp
Finely chopped onion-1 Medium size
salt to taste
Warm water 1/2 + 3/4 cup
Active dry yeast-2 Tsp
Sugar -1 tsp
All purpose flour-3 and 1/3 cups(500g)
Salt-1 tsp
Sesame seeds- 2 Tbsp
Bake in a preheated oven at 260C for 10 - 12 minutes

Ingredients:
3/4 cup - Butter
3 cloves - Garlic
1/2 cup - Parmesan cheese
4 tbsp - Chopped parsley

3 ways to make bread even better.
1. Preheat oven to 375º. On a floured work surface, roll out crescent sheet. Brush with melted butter.
2. Using a pizza cutter or knife, make 6 to 8 slices. Top breadsticks with desired toppings. For Parmesan Garlic, sprinkle with garlic, parsley, and Parmesan. For Cheddar Chive, sprinkle with cheddar and chives. For Everything, sprinkle with minced garlic and onions, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and salt.
3. Halve the dough. Twist each breadstick and transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with more toppings, if desired.
4. Bake until puffy and golden, 12 minutes.
INGREDIENTS
1 tube Crescent Sheets
1/2 c. melted butter
FOR PARMESAN GARLIC BREADSTICKS:
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. Freshly Chopped Parsley
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan
FOR CHEDDAR CHIVE BREADSTICKS:
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
2 tbsp. freshly chopped chives
FOR EVERYTHING BREADSTICKS:
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. poppyseeds
1 tsp. kosher salt

Its so good to bake your own bread and bake it with perfection like Pizza Hut... So if even you want to have this fun and satisfaction of baking your own garlic bread do watch the video and make it at home.. Like the video if you loved what you watch !!
Following are the ingredients and its substitutes :
- Active Dry Yeast ( you can use any yeast available - use it according to package instructions )
- Sugar ( food of Yeast - to activate )
- Milk Powder ( substitute : Milk 1/4th Cup )
Rest it for 20 min until bubbly
- Put 1/4th Cup Oil
- Salt
- Put all purpose flour until dough is formed. If hand mixer is not available, you can knead it with your hand.
- Put Oil in a tray and brush some oil on the dough
- flatten it a bit
- Rest it for another 2 hours till the dough is doubled in size and wrap it in a cling wrap.
- flatten it in the whole tray and again rest it for 20 min
- Put in Oven for 20 min at 500F or 260C.
- Brush Melted Butter
For sprinkler :
- Parmesan Cheese
- Garlic powder ( Fresh garlic 2 Tsp )
- Garlic Salt ( any salt )
- Onion Powder ( if not available, you can omit it )
- Oregano
- Sprinkle generously on the bread and put it in Oven for another 10 min at 180C.
- Or until you see the bottom browned and crispy.
Serve it with LOVE and Marinara sauce.

KETO BREADSTICKS || CRISPY! || CHEESY
The most crispy, delicious, cheesy, garlicy keto breadsticks there were! These easy to make sticks are perfect to serve as a snack or alongside a yummy keto lasagna.
Now, a lot of people have been saying how they can't find whey isolate near them so this recipe is protein powder free!
Now one thing you will notice is that they are a bit dark - but let it be known they are NOT burnt. Due to the psyllium husk and parmesan cheese, these treats ended up being a little darker than a normal grissini (breadstick)
I think the best thing about these is that you can flavour them any way you want. I really love garlic and cheese so I knew I had to add some minced garlic and parmesan.
These breadsticks are crispy in texture and snap when you break them. The perfect consistency!

What you will need:
1 cup (100g) almond flour
4 tbsp psyllium husk (whole)
1 tsp xanthan gum
1/2 tsp baking powder
4-tbsp parmesan cheese - grated
1 tsp garlic - pureed or minced
salt/pepper to taste
1/4 cup (60ml) water
3 tbsp olive oil
1 medium egg
BUTTER WASH:
1-2 tbsp butter - melted
1 tsp garlic - minced or pureed
salt/pepper
1 tbsp parmesan cheese
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, 2 tbsp of psyllium husk, baking powder, xanthan gum, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese.
Spoon in the olive oil and garlic.
Pour in the water and mix thoroughly.
Begin to knead the batter with your hands until it forms a dry dough.
Crack in the egg and add the 2 extra tbsp of psyllium husk and continue to knead until the dough is smooth. It shouldn't be very wet or slimy.. if it is, add in another tsp or so of psyllium.
Once the dough is smooth, leave it to sit for 5-7 minutes.
In a small bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the butter wash.
Once the dough has rested, break the dough into 10 balls.
Take one of the balls and roll it between your hands to form a snake/pencil-like stick.
It is best to roll with your forearm and palms as they are smooth surfaces. If the dough breaks as you roll it, just pinch it back together and roll it so the broken part is smooth again.
Place the snakes onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Continue to make snakes with the rest of the batter.
Once that is all done, brush the tops with the butter wash and bake at 350°F/175°C for roughly 30 minutes or until the bread is nice and crispy.
This makes approximately 10 breadsticks.

Homemade Breadsticks are light, buttery, and oh so delicious! You can make them by hand or in a stand mixer. These easy breadsticks are ready to eat in less than 90 minutes.

✅Ingredients
Breadstick Dough:
• 1 cup warm water, 100-110 degrees Fahrenheit
• 1 tablespoon instant dry yeast
• 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon table salt
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
For Topping:
• 2 tablespoons melted butter
• ¼ teaspoon table salt
• ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese (optional)
• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
✅Instructions
1️⃣ In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine warm water, yeast, sugar, salt, and olive oil.
2️⃣ Add in 2 cups of flour. Using a dough hook, turn the mixer on to a low speed. Once the flour starts to incorporate into the dough, increase the speed to a medium range. Slowly add the remaining 1/2 cup of flour until the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl. The dough mixture should be slightly sticky and soft, but shouldn't stick to your hands. Add more or less flour until the dough reaches the desired consistency.
3️⃣ Transfer the dough to a lightly greased mixing bowl. Cover with a towel and let rise 30 minutes.
4️⃣ Lightly grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper. Punch dough down and divide into 12 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a 9 to 10-inch long rope or snake. Place on the prepared baking sheet and let rise for 20 minutes while the oven preheats.
5️⃣ Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Bake breadsticks for 16 to 18 minutes, until golden brown on top.
6️⃣ While the breadsticks are baking, whisk together the melted butter, salt, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Brush on top of breadsticks immediately after baking. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese or dried herbs as desired.
