Ingredients
2pcs Egg
20ml (4 tsp) Milk
30g (3.3 tbsp) All-purpose flour
1.25ml (1/4 tsp) Vanilla extract (optional)
25g (2 tbsp) Sugar
Important tips
1. I used the all-purpose flour in here, you can also use cake flour to make
2. There are 25 grams (2 tbsp) of Sugar in total. Split it into 3 times to add.
3. Whip the egg whites to dry peaks, so the pancakes will come out thicker
4. All the way low heat, about 5 minutes on each side, you can either add a small spoonful of water or not.

Apple Custard Toast #shorts

1 loaf brioche cut in 4 thick pieces
3 apples sliced thin
3 eggs
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp of cinnamon
4 tbsp softened butter
2 tbsp of brown sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Pinch or two of flaky salt
-Preheat oven to 350F
-Cut into toast without piercing through.
-Mix together eggs, yogurt, syrup, and cinnamon. Set aside
-Mash together butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt
-Add toast to a parchment lined baking tray
-Fill toast wells with custard, add apples, spread butter all over the apples and the tops of the brioche.
-Bake for 15-20 minutes. Eat warm topped with powder sugar and maple syrup.
