How To make Parmesan Round Steak
1 1/2 lb Round steak; boneless; 3/4"
1 Egg; beaten
1/3 c Milk
1/2 c Breadcrumbs; fine, dry
1 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1 tb Ac'cent
3 tb Bacon drippings
1/2 c Water
1/4 ts Oregano; dried, whole
1/4 c Parmesan cheese; grated
6 sm Onions; peeled
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Paprika
Trim excess fat from steak; pound to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut steak into serving size pieces. Combine egg and milk; beat well. Combine breadcrumbs, 1 ts. salt, pepper, and Ac'cent. Dip steak in egg mixture, dredge in breadcrumb mixture, and brown in bacon drippings. Place steak in a lightly greased 2 quart baking dish. Add water and sprinkle with oregano and cheese. Add onions to steak; sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt and paprika. Cover tightly and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until tender. SOURCE: Southern Living Magazine, sometime in 1980. Hey guys in today's quick recipe I'm going to show you guys How to Cook Steak Perfectly Every Time, in today's menu we have New York strip steak. This steak recipe is quick and easy and it is absolutely delicious. If you're looking for an easy steak recipe try this thin sliced New York strips steak they can be cooked on a stove top or grill, oh! and they are perfect for steak fajitas as well.
Ingredients!
12 Shrimp
1/4 tsp paprika
1 tsp complete seasoning
1/2 Italian seasoning
salt to taste
1/4 tsp sazon
ground black pepper
Steak
2 Thinly sliced New York steak
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp complete seasoning
1 stick unsalted butter
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp chopped thyme
1 tbsp parsley
Cook steak and shrimp on medium high 1-2 minutes per side!

How To Make Steak Parmesan ~ Cube Steak Parmigiana Recipe
INGREDIENTS
2 - 3 pounds chopped / cube steak
1 cup marinara sauce
1/2 to 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
sauteed onions and peppers - optional
fine bread crumbs
2 large beaten eggs
salt and black pepper
oil
Seasoned Flour:
1 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Season beef with oil, salt and black pepper.
Dredge beef in seasoned flour, beaten eggs and fine
bread crumbs. Make sure all sides are coated.
In a pan on medium high heat add 1/4 to 1/2 oil and bring up to heat.
Approx 350 degrees.
Fry steak on each side for approx. 3-4 minutes.
In baking dish place a little of marinara sauce down.
Place in steak pieces. Top with sauteed onions and peppers (optional).
Spoon a little of the marinara sauce on top.
Cover each steak with some parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
Serve with pasta or rice..
Enjoy.
