3 c Vegetable stock
1 lb Carrots, finely chopped
2 Celery stalks, finely
-chopped 4 Garlic cloves, minced
1/2 t Crushed red pepper
2 T Fresh thyme or 2 tsp dried
1/4 c Red wine vinegar
-freshly ground pepper 1 lb Pasta shells, cooked al
-dente Bring vegetable stock to a boil, add all ingredients except pasta shells, and simmer until liquid has been reduced by half. Toss shells into vegetables and serve. Healthy Carrot & Broccoli Creamy Pasta Sauce, Quick and Easy recipe
Note: you may use mushroom instead of Tuna if you want vegan style.
Ingredients:
1 medium size carrot ( grated)
Small Handful of Broccoli
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
3 Cloves chopped garlic
1 small size chopped white onion
1/2 tsp salt & pepper
2 can of Tuna
1 can of nestle cream (160grms)
1 cup of fresh milk
1/2 cup of water
Instruction:
Heat the pan in medium high heat
and 1tbsp olive oil, then sauté garlic & onion
add Tuna, salt, pepper and let it cook for 2-3 minutes
after 2-3 minutes, add fresh milk and let it boil gently,
then add nestle cream, mix it, then add grated carrots, followed with 1/2 cup of water
then let it boil for 2-3 minutes, after 2-3 minutes add the broccoli,
cook for about 2 minutes,.then your DONE! serve it along with your pasta and add cheese on top :)

HOW TO MAKE CARROT SAUCE A LA AMALFI FOR PASTA [ Amalfi Kitchen ] WORTEL DIJADIIN SAUS BUAT PASTA?
Carrot sauce
Big portion of carrot sauce - plenty for 4 persons
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
4 cloves of crushed garlic
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped carrot
1 cup chopped onion
2 boxes of canned tomatoes or equivalent in fresh tomatoes (sweet ones, Italian type are the best)
Salt
Your favorite type of pasta (tagliatelle or seashell pasta is recommended)
Fresh basil leaves (optional)
Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)
Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan. Add the chopped onion, crushed garlic, chopped celery and chopped carrot, add salt.
When the onion is turning golden, add the tomatoes. Put a lid on the pan and let the sauce simmer for 60 minutes until the carrots are soft.
After 30 minutes, start heating another pot of water for the pasta. When the water is boiling, add the pasta and let it boil until cooked.
Blend the sauce either with a stick blender or inside a big blender. Some prefer the sauce very smoothly blended, others like it having still some chunks of vegetables in it - do as you prefer. The original Italian sauce is finely blended, like a puré. Add more salt if necessary.
Serve the pasta with the carrot sauce, grated parmesan and fresh basil leaves on top Enjoy!
