used butterfly 1 Box Frozen Spinach 2 C Tomatoes :

tomatoes 1 Container Fatfree Cream Cheese :
most of it not all Black Pepper Assorted Herbs Boil the pasta, drain and reserve Meanwhile, microwave the frozen spinach until it's thawed Drain the spinach and add it and the cream cheese to a large pot Stir until the two blend and the cream cheese melts Add the chopped tomatoes, heat and stir until you blend the sauce Pour the sauce over the pasta, mix it all together, add pepper and herbs. ~Hey y’all! Today I am showing you how I make my Spinach Tomato Cream Pasta with linguine. This is a recipe I sort of adapted from other recipes on Pinterest. Inspired by similar recipes, I simply added tomatoes and spinach to my own cream sauce recipe. I love this recipe because it is so customizable. You can change up the pasta type and veggies to your liking, or add protein such as shrimp, chicken, or (vegan) Italian sausage.
Personally, I think adding this vegan Italian sausage ( sautéed and crumbled on top would add tons of flavor.
In terms of veggies, I would recommend trying mushrooms, pre-cooked broccoli, or peas.
~Recipe: (Serves 2 to 3) 1 tbs. olive oil Red pepper flakes (a pinch) 3 cloves of garlic minced 1/4 cup diced onion 2 diced tomatoes 8 oz or 1 cup heavy cream 1 cup shredded Quattro Formaggio cheese (blend of Parmesan, Asiago, Fontina, Provolone) or mozzarella cheese 3/4 cup grated Pecorino Romano or Parmesan Large handful of Spinach 8 oz of linguine Salt to taste Optional: flat-leafed parsley and sprig of basil for garnish
~Directions: 1. Bring water (around 3 qt.) to a boil and add a generous pinch of salt. Once boiling, add linguine. 2. Meanwhile, mince garlic and dice onion and tomato. Set aside. 3. Add olive oil to a pan. Add garlic, onion, and tomato. Sauté ~3 minutes on medium heat. 4. Add heavy cream. 5. Add grated and shredded cheeses and cook on medium low heat until cheese is melted. 6. Add spinach and cook until wilted. 7. Add cooked pasta directly into the sauce from the pot of water and mix. Turn off the heat. 8. Taste and season with salt/more cheese according to your liking. 9. Plate the pasta. Garnish with chopped parsley and a sprig of basil.

This dish serves 4. We enjoyed with garlic bread on the side. It’s very tasty and creamy. I cooked in the afternoon and served in the evening it was still very nice and not dry. If you want to make it vegetarian omit the chicken.
INGREDIENTS:
2 Tbsp Olive Oil 1 lb Chicken breast cubes - I used less 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Italian Seasoning 1 Tsp salt for Pasta 1/2 tsp salt for the sauce (or to taste) 5 cloves of garlic finely chopped 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes 4 small tomatoes cubed 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese 2 cups Baby Spinach you can add more 1 cup Penne Pasta 1 cup Evaporated Milk or you can use half and half cream 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan for Garnishing at the end
