How To make Pasta with Sun Dried Tomato Sauce Supreme
4 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg -- freshly grated
8 oz "Bella" sun-dried tomatoes in oil
4 cups pasta

1 egg yolk
3/4 cup parmesan cheese :
freshly grated
* hot cooked pasta, such as fresh egg noodles, fettucini, tagliarini, or hot or cold tortellini, ravioli or gnocchi.
Melt butter with cream, tomatoes, and the 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg in a wide frying pan. Stir in the cooked pasta and bring quickly to boiling; stir gently from time to time. Let boil rapidly 1 to 2 minutes, then blend a little of the hot sauce with the egg yolk. Remove pan from heat and stir in egg yolk mixture and the 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, blending thoroughly. Serve at once, offering additional nutmeg and Parmesan cheese.

This Creamy Dried Tomato Dressing is not only a delicious salad dressing, but you can also use it as a pasta sauce. Toss it with your favorite noodles.I love the flavor of dried tomatoes!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup dried tomatoes
- 2 cloves fresh garlic
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1tsp dried majoram
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1-2 cups drinking water
- 1 tbsp sugar
INSTRUCTIONS:
First, wash the dried tomatoes. There’s usually too much salt on them for my taste.
Add all ingredients to a blender on high speed until the mixture is smooth. It should take about 1 minute.
Transfer the blend into a small bowl and add 2-3 tbsp olive oil. The dressing is ready now for the salad.
GREEN SALAD:
- 5-6 lettuce leaves or any kind of leafy green you prefer
- 1/2 red onions, sliced fine
- 4-6 cherry tomatoes, sliced
Arrange the lettuce on a plate, add sliced cherry tomatoes and onions. Then add the creamy dried tomato dressing afterwards and sprinkle a little bit of olive oil. Now enjoy this delicious salad!

Ingredients:
400g Trenette (noodles)
olive oil
4 cloves of garlic
50g dried tomatoes
butter
1 bunch of parsley
pepper
coriander
1 lime
100g Parmesan
00:00 Heat water for pasta and salt, cook Trenette in the boiling water with a dash of olive oil until al dente(not overcooked), peel garlic and cut into slices, heat olive oil, coarsely cut the sundried tomatoes (be careful! imitation not recommended, use a can opener instead!)
02:37 When the pasta is “al dente”, drain and rinse it under cold water, add the garlic in hot olive oil, add dried tomatoes, boil down with butter, coarsely chop parsley and add to dried tomatoes with garlic, mix
04:27 Add Trenette, deglaze with a splash of water, add butter, pepper, coriander and mix well, season to taste with salt, add the rest of the parsley to the pasta and sprinkle a little lime juice over the pasta dish, serve with parmesan and olive oil.

4 chicken breasts
1 large egg
3 tbsp plain all-purpose flour (replace with gluten free flour blend if needed)
