Pecan Finger’s
Ingredients
2 sticks butter, room temperature
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar, plus more for coating baked cookies
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 3/4 cup flour
1 cup pecans, chopped very fine
Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Using an electric mixer at low speed, cream butter and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Beat in vanilla extract. At low speed, gradually add the flour. Mix in the pecans.
With floured hands, take out about 1 tablespoon of dough, shape into a crescent. Continue to dust hands with flour, as you make and shape the cookies. Place them 1 inch apart on prepared baking sheets. Bake for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven and roll in additional confectioners' sugar while still warm. Cool completely on wire racks. Store in air tight containers.

Learn how to make these amazing homemade caramel pecan sticky buns!! Soft and light cinnamon rolls covered in a sticky and gooey caramel sauce and loaded with pecans. It doesn't get any better than this!!
What you'll need:
for the dough:
1/2 cup granulated sugar (110g*)
1 cup milk (240ml*)
2 tsp active dry yeast
5 Tbsp butter, softened (150g*)
2 large eggs
1 tsp salt
4 cups all-purpose flour (600g*)
for the filling:
1 cup packed light brown sugar (175g*)
2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
for the caramel sauce:
6 Tbsp butter (85g*)
1 1/4 cups packed light brown sugar (220g*)
3 Tbsp heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup pecans (110g*)
*Please note that these are guesstimated amounts based on online converters. I do not use weight measurements so I cannot guarantee the accuracy of these amounts. As always, I recommend anyone that uses weights to buy a set of American measuring tools to use for American recipes since there are so many variables in converting a recipe. They will pay for themselves in just one mis-converted and ruined recipe in wasted ingredients.

Ingredients
5-6 chicken tenders
1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper, or to taste
For the coating,
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs
2 tbsp milk/cream
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dry thyme
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
oil spray
INSTRUCTIONS,
In a bowl add chicken tenders, and season with salt and pepper.
to a bowl, add flour.
In another bowl, Add and whisk the eggs and milk/cream together.
in a large bowl mix together, panko breadcrumbs, chopped pecans, salt, pepper, garlic powder, dry thyme, cayenne pepper, and paprika.
coat each chicken tender first in the flour, then in the egg mix, and then finally in the Pecan and panko breadcrumb mixture.
lightly spray oil on top.
spray or brush oil the Air fryer Basket and add coated chicken tenders in a single layer.
Air Fry at 380F for 10-12 minutes.
Halfway through the cooking time, turn the chicken tenders over and continue cooking until the chicken looks crispy and is cooked through and the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.

I M P O R T A N T ⚠️
Make sure the butter is at room temperature
Tip!!! Allow the cookies to cool down for 10 minutes before coating with powder sugar
If you think its too much sugar, add 1/2 cup only
PRO TIP good but not necessary- refrigate for 20 minutes before baking
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
Ingredients: 16 cookies (2 tbsp each) double recipe if needed ????
