How To make Pepper Chicken Fettuccini Toss
1 package (1 pound) Creamette Fettuccini, uncooked 1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil 3 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips (about 18 oz) 2 large red bell peppers, cut into strips 2 large yellow bell peppers, cut into strips 1 medium green bell pepper, cut into strips 1 medium onion, cut into chunks 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms 1 teaspoon any salt-free herb seasoning (I really like the Mrs. Dash garlic and herb) 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese Prepare Creamette fettuccini as package directs; drain. In large skillet, heat oil; add chicken, peppers, onion, mushrooms and seasoning. Cook and stir over medium heat until chicken is cooked through, 8 to 10 minutes. Add hot cooked fettuccini and parmesan cheese; toss to coat. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers. Calories 264 Fat 7g Sodium 33mg Cholesterol 36mg

Stir Fry Lemon Pepper Chicken Tempura
Ingredients for Stir Fry Lemon Pepper Chicken Tempura:
Oil 2 tbsp.
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp.
Red capsicum (julienne) 1 cup
Carrot (julienne) 1 cup
Onion (sliced) 1 cup
Black pepper powder 1 tbsp.
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Lemon zest 1 tbsp.
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp.
Red Chili flakes 1 tbsp.
Boiled spaghetti 400 g
K&N’s Chicken Tempura (660 g)
Oil (frying)
Fresh parsley (chopped) for garnishing
Sesame seeds for garnishing
Directions for Lemon Pepper Stir Fry:
1. In a wok, heat oil over medium high heat and add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
2. Add onion, red capsicum, carrot and stir fry it for a minute.
3. Add salt, black pepper, soy sauce, red chili flakes, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Toss everything to mix.
4. Add boiled spaghetti and toss it well over high flame for 1-2 mins.
5. Fry K&N’s Chicken Tempura as per instructions on the pack.
6. Toss the boiled spaghetti in the stir fry along with K&N’s Chicken Tempura and cook for 2 more minutes.
7. In a bowl, add Lemon Pepper Chicken Tempura Stir Fry and sprinkle sesame seeds and parsley on top. Serve and enjoy.

Cooking time: 20 mins

HOW TO MAKE Applebees Four Cheese Mac & Honey Pepper Chicken
The name is long because it takes forever to make. There's a ton of components to this recipe, but they all come together like a boss. I for one find this to be one of the best mac & cheese recipes along with the sauce for the chicken. I advise you to try this out and let me know what you think!

Ingredients:
Cellentani Pasta
Chicken Tender Meat
Seasoned Flour
Buttermilk
Fresh Parsley
Four Cheese Sauce
Honey Pepper Sauce
Bacon
1 Breadstick
Honey Pepper Sauce:
3/4 Cup Honey
1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Pineapple Juice
1 Lemon Juiced
1 Tbsp Vinegar
1 Tsp Black Pepper
Dash of Cayenne Pepper
Four Cheese Sauce:
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
3/4 Cup Mozzarella
1/2 Cup Romano
1/2 Cup Asiago
1/2 Stick of Butter
2 Cups Cream
Dash of Basil
3 Cloves Minced Garlic

Directions:
For the Honey Pepper Sauce, simply combine the ingredients above and bring the mixture to a boil and then let simmer for about 15 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
For the Cheese Sauce, melt the butter and cream together and then add in the other ingredients. Keep the mixture at a low simmer until ready to use.
Cut chicken breast into strips, or buy them pre-cut and let them thoroughly soak in the buttermilk then toss them into a seasoned flour mixture and coat liberally.
Once fully coated, deep fry for 365°F for about 5 minutes or until golden brown and cooked all the way through.
For this recipe if you boil the entire box of Cellentani Pasta that should be enough for all of the cheese sauce.
Toss the cooked pasta into the cheese sauce and toss the chicken into the honey pepper sauce.
Plate with the pasta, three chicken strips in honey pepper sauce, bacon pieces, fresh parsley and a single breadstick.
Now you have recreated the famous and delicious Applebee's Four Cheese Mac & Honey Pepper Chicken Tenders!
