2 lbs Rose Beef
1 Fresh Bell pepper each (Red, Yellow,Green, Orange)
3 fingers green chilies
2 fresh Carrots
1 Big Red Onion
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Brown sugar
3 tbsp Corn Starch
2 tbsp Minced garlic, onion and ginger

2 lb chicken breasts , boneless, skinless
1 1/2 cups chicken broth

1= Tsp Salt to Taste -
1= Tsp Cumin Powder -
1= Tsp Coriander Powder -
2= Tsp Black Pepper -
½= Tsp Garam Masala -
1= Tbsp. Garlic Powder -
1= Tbsp. Tandoori Masala -
¼= Tsp Ground Nutmeg -

Broiler Tray -
Instructions:

Fill up the oven tray with hot/warm water and then place your Chicken on the vented tray - and place the top tray on the bottom tray. Preheat Oven and cook - Bake @500°F / 260ºC for 30 minutes or until it's fully cooked, then turn over the chicken and cook it on Broil for 5 minutes to get the extra crunchy texture or just let it cool down for 5 minutes before you serve. Take out of the OVEN and Enjoy with your family/friends.
