How To make Puff Oven Pancakes
PANCAKES:
4 tb Butter
4 Eggs
2/3 c Milk
2/3 c Pancake mix
FIESTA FRUIT TOPPING:
10 oz Raspberries
1 c Pineapple chunks
1 Bananas
1/4 c Sour cream
1/4 c Sugar, brown
Preheat oven to 450. Melt 2 tb butter in each of two 9" pie plates in oven. In blender, combine eggs, milk, and pancake mix. Pour batter into pie plates. Bake about 18 minutes, until pancakes are puffy and browned. Do not open oven while pancakes are cooking. Spoon raspberries on top of each warm Puff Oven Pancake. Top with drained pineapple chunks and sliced banana. Sprinkle brown sugar over top. Top with sour cream. Or sprinkle 1-1/2 ts lemon juice over top of each warm Puff Oven Pancake. Sprinkle powdered sugar over top. Serve immediately. I LOVE making dutch babies (puff pancakes) for breakfast when I'm trying to show off my skills without actually having to do anything hard. It only takes a few ingredients to make this but its so delicious and beautiful! Using apples and cinnamon gives this a Fall breakfast an extra kick of deliciousness.

Msemen puff pancake (easy easy recipe)
Msemen, Rghaif or Meloui these delicious Berber puff pastry pancakes very popular in the Maghreb that we love to taste covered with orange blossom honey around a round table while drinking a good atay mchahar (mint tea) either for the little one -lunch, for a snack or for breaking the fast during the holy month of Ramadan with a good Harira and honeyed dates to replace the bread!
Ingredients:
semolina Flour - 500g.
Flour - 250g.
Baking Powder - 4 g.
Salt - 1 teaspoon.
melted Butter.
Table oil.
Melt 60 grams of butter.
Then add it to 60 grams of table oil.
Warm water if the weather is cold - 500ml.
leave it for 30 minutes.
Place it on a hot frying pan over a medium heat.
The dough should be kneaded well.
