For Girl Scouts, we had a project that required making some better-for-you meals. Someone then thought it would be fun to turn it into a cooking show. Soon, I threw in the idea to film it! Here you go!

Йогуртовый чизкейк К ЧАЮ????
ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ:
Печенье 300 гр
Сливочное масло 120 гр
Творожный сыр 650 гр
Йогурт ваш любимый или натуральный 600 гр
Пудра сахарная 120 гр
Ванильный сахар или экстракт по желанию
Щепотка соли
Желатин 10 гр
Вода 30-40 гр
Вишня зам 450 гр
Сахар 2-3 ст л
Крахмал 1-2 ст л
Лимонный сок 1 ст л
КАК ГОТОВИТЬ:
Печенье измельчаем в крошку, добавляем масло и выкладываем полученную массу, как основание для будущего торта, в форму. Песочную основу убираем в холодильник и готовим начинку - взбиваем до состояния однородного крема сыр, йогурт, пудру и соль. Растапливаем желатин и вводим его тонкой струйкой в сырную массу, постоянно помешивая. Готовый крем перекладываем на песочный корж, накрываем плёнкой и убираем на пару часов застывать. Варим ягодный верх - ягоды, сахар, сок лимона и крахмал (крахмал вводить постепенно, чтобы не было комков), увариваем до готового состояния, остужаем. Когда верх сырной начинки «схватится», можно выкладывать ягоды и снова убирать торт в холодильник для стабилизации, лучше на ночь) Чудесный йогуртовый чизкейк готов. Угощайтесь!????

Apple grated 4 (Red2, Green2)
Powdered Sugar 1/3 Cup
Few strands of Saffron
Cardamom Powder 1/4 tsp
Mixed Nuts( Badam, Kaju, Pista, Akhrot, kishmish)
Ghee 3 tbsp

INGREDIENTS
1 100% Whole Wheat Premade Pizza Crust
1/2 cup low-sodium pizza sauce
1 cup shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
17 reduced-fat turkey pepperoni
Optional toppings include bell peppers, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, olives, and spinach.
DIRECTIONS
1. Wash your hands and clean your cooking area.
2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
3. Fill a 12-cup muffin pan with a variety of your family’s favorite toppings.
4. Remove crust from package and place on baking sheet.
5. Top with your favorite ingredients.
6. For crispier crust, place directly on oven rack, not baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 400oF oven 8 12 minutes or until cheese in the center is melted and the crust is golden brown.
7. Carefully remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
8. Serve.
