How To make Rumaki Hors D'Oeuvres
8 Sliced Side Bacon
8 Water Chestnuts
8 Chunks Of Pineapple
8 Bay Scallops
24 Toothpicks
2 tb Vegetable Oil
4 tb Bottled Teriyaki Sauce
2 tb Liquid Honey
Cut bacon slices into thirds. Wrap each water chestnut, pineapple chunk and scallop with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick. In a frying pan, heat vegetable oil and saute bacon wrapped morsels over medium heat until bacon is crisp. Drain fat from pan. Add teriyaki sauce and honey, mix well and continue cooking over medium high heat until sauce thickens slightly and bacon wrapped morsels are glazed with the sweet sauce. Makes 24 hors d'oeuvres.

How to make The Best Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts Appetizer!
Start with 2 cans whole water chestnuts, 1 pack of bacon, soy sauce, white sugar, toothpicks and a cutting board.
Slice bacon in thirds.
Open water chestnuts and drain the water.
Add soy sauce to cans and let soak for about 3-4 minutes.
remove water chestnuts, roll in sugar and wrap with bacon.
secure bacon with a toothpick, place in pan.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Once preheated, cook for approximately 60 minutes, or until the bacon is as crispy as you like it..
Be careful not to burn since there is sugar in this, it could burn if not attended.

How to Make Rumaki
An easy and delicious appetizer to add to your entertaining menu! ????
1 lb Bacon (I used Turkey Bacon), Cut in Half
1-2 Cans Whole Water Chestnuts, Cut in Half
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1.5 Cup Chili Sauce
Roll bacon pieces around water chestnuts and secure with toothpicks. Place into casserole dish. Meanwhile, mix together the sugar and chili sauce. Pour evenly over the top. Bake, covered 30 minutes at 375. Continue to bake, this time uncovered for another 15 minutes-serve warm, watch it fly off the plate and be ready to share the recipe!!!

Chicken livers never tasted so good!
Here are the ingredients:
l lb. container chicken livers
1/3 cup Teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup cooking sherry
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 12 oz. pack of bacon
1 can water chestnuts
round tooth picks
1/2 cup brown sugar

Bake on top rack of oven at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes
