How To make Sook's Buttermilk Bisquits
2 c Of plain flour
3/4 ts Of baking soda
1/2 ts Of salt
4 tb Of pure lard
2/3 c Of fresh buttermilk
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Mix the flour, soda, and salt together. Cut in the lard with 2 forks until the mixture has the appearance of small white gravel. Pour all the buttermilk in at one time. Gently mix, and put the dough on a floured board. Knead 6-7 times Roll to a half inch thickness Cut to desired size (we use floured water glasses) and put on a greased baking sheet cook 'til golden brown.

CAKE INGREDIENTS:
225gm plain flour
1 cup caster sugar
85g cocoa powder
1½ tsp baking powder
1½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
Same amount of baking powder to same amount of baking soda gave a sponge so light and airy that it was like having a pc of cloud.
Now add the wet ingredients-
2 eggs
250ml cold milk + a TBSP of vinegar
125ml vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
Mix the batter together, switch to a spatula to aid mixing properly, without the fear of over mixing. Now would be the time to add -
250ml/9fl oz. boiling water & 1 TSP instant coffee
Mix the batter well together. Pour the thin batter onto a prepared buttered tin and let it bake for 50 minutes on 2000 C, till the time a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
Cool completely before attempting to decorate. Cheers!

WW Purple Plan| Game Changing Banana Foster Waffles| 3Points
Ingredients
1 Cup Carb Quick Mix
1/2 Cup kodiak Mix
1 Egg
2 Tablespoons Sukrin Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon baking powder
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
1/2 cup Unsweetened almond milk
Wisk all above Ingredients
Add Water a little at a time to get the right consistency, about 1/2-3/4 cups.
Make Waffles or Pancakes using 1/4 measuring cup for each one. You should get 12. Making them 1 point each.
Topping
Spray small non stick fry pan with cooking spray.
Slice 1 Banana, add to pan, add 1 Tablespoon of Sukrin Gold Brown Sugar, and 1/4 Cup of Sugar Free Syrup. Cook for about 3 minutes, pour over Waffles- Pancakes.
Serving size 2 Waffles/pancakes with Topping = 3 Points on the WW Purple Plan.

Ingredients:
130 g oat flakes(gluten free) (1 1/2 cup)
240 ml hot water (1 cup)
leave to soak for 5 minutes
2 eggs
30 g(2 1/2 tbsp) sweetener(stevia/or your choice)
1 tsp vanilla extract
120 g yogurt (1/2 cup)
50 g melted and cooled butter(1/4 cup)
1 apple
80 g blueberries (2.5 oz)
7 g baking powder (1/2 tbsp)
20 x 8 cm baking form(7.9 x 3.1 inch)
bake for 50 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
