Pro tip: Add sesame seeds to spinach for a pop of color.
Pro tip: If you want the meatballs to have a crunchy shell, you can cook them for up to 15 minutes. Not longer or they will burn.
Pro tip: Do not overcook the spinach. Only one minute cooking then rinse with the cold water. Spinach will cook down significantly.
