How To make Strawberry Crunch Squares
1 pk Pillsbury plus cake mix
White or yellow 1/2 c Margarine; softened
1 1/4 c Oatmeal
1 Egg
1 cn Strawberry pie filiing; 21
-oz 1/2 c Pecans
1/4 c Firmly packed brown sugar
Heat oven to 350~F. Grease 13x9 pan. Combine cake mix, 6 tb margarine, 1 cup oats and mix until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup crumbs for topping. To remaining crumbs add egg and mix well. Press into prepared pan. Pour strawberry filling over crust and spread evenly on top. To reserved crumbs add remaining oats, margarine, pecans and brown sugar. Beat until thoroughly mixed. Sprinkle over strawberry mixture. Dot with a little margarine. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350~F. Cool. Cut into squares. -----

-cheesecake Ingredients:
28 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
1 cup of sugar
pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup of sour cream
2 eggs (room temperature)
2 cans croissant rolls
pink coloring food
-topping
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
1 tbsp of cinnamon
13x9 pan
bake at 350 for 30 min
-whipped cream cheese frosting
2 8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
4 cups of heavy cream
2 cups of power sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract

1 Stick of Butter
2 1/4 Cups Flour
*Bake in oven at 350°
Will keep in the fridge for a week in a sealed bag or container and for longer storage place in freezer
