Chicken Tandoori Tikka
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Chicken tikka 4 pieces
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 4 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 & ½ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tbs or to taste
-Chaat masala 1 tsp
-Kashmiri red chili (Kashmiri red chili) powder ½ tsp
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 & ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Zarda ka rang (Yellow food color) ¼ tsp or as required
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Olive oil 1 tbs
Directions:
-Add marks/cuts on chicken tikka pieces.
-In bowl,add yogurt,ginger garlic paste,cumin seeds,red chili powder,chaat masala,kashmiri red chili powder,garam masala powder,coriander seeds,salt,yellow food color,lemon juice,olive oil and whisk well.
-Now add chicken tikka pieces,mix well and marinate for 4 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
-Heat BBQ grill/pan and grill from all sides until done and basting with olive oil.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 30-40 minutes.
-Serve with green chutney.

Directions:
-Chicken tikka pieces per marks/cuts laga lein.
-Bowl mein dahi,adrak lehsan paste,zeera,lal mirch powder,chaat masala,kashmiri lal mirch powder, garam masala powder,dhania,namak,zarda ka rang,lemon juice aur olive oil dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Ab chicken tikka pieces dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4 hours or overnight kliya refrigerator mein marinate ker lein.
-BBQ grill/pan ko garam karein aur tamam sides sa grill ker lein aur bech bech mein olive oil laga lein.
-Preheated oven mein 180 C per 30-40 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
-Green chutney ka saath serve karein.

This is a restaurant recipe for Tandoori Chicken.
Ingredients
4 chicken legs with thigh on
1/2 tablespoon cumin
2 tablespoon paprika
1/2 tablespoon turmeric
1 tablespoon Kashmiri chilli powder
1/2 tablespoon coriander powder
1 tablespoon garam masala
1 tablespoon methi
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoon garlic ginger paste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 and half tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoon yoghurt

Tandoori Mint Chutney recipe :
Coriander leaves - 1 Cup
Mint Leaves - ½ Cup
Cumin Powder - ¼ tsp
Chaat Masala - ½ tsp
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Water - ¼ Cup
Curd - ½ Cup
Cooking Instructions:
1. In a mixer jar, add in the coriander leaves, mint leaves, cumin powder, chaat masala, lemon juice, salt and water. You can also add the young stalks of the coriander leaves for the chutney.
2. In a bowl, whisk the curd until it turns smooth.
3. Add the paste to the curd and whisk well again.

Tandoori Chicken Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken, cut in 10-12 pieces
- 200 gms Dahi/Curd
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 piece of charcoal
- ginger garlic paste
- Garnish
- Coriander leaves
- onions slices,
- lemons halves
Method
- Make some deep cuts into the chicken pieces
- For marination add yogurt, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and salt to taste.
- Keep aside the marinated chicken for 30 minutes
- In a pan add some oil and salted butter, place the chicken pieces in the pan
- Cook each sides properly until you get nice golden brown colour, cook for 10-12 minutes
- Heat the charcoal until its red in colour
- In the bowl where the tandoori chicken is placed, keep a small steel glass and place the coal in it and add some oil and cover the lid.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves, onion and lemon
- Tandoori Chicken is ready to be served!
