Manchurian Chaat
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Oil 1 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tsp
-Adrak (Ginger) crushed 1 tsp
-Tomato ketchup ½ Cup
-Hot sauce 1 tbs
-Soy sauce ½ tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Chaat masala ½ tsp
-Corn flour 1 & ½ tbs
-Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required
-Pani (Water) 1 Cup or as required
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped ½ Cup
-Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & chopped ½ Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ½ Cup
Assembling:
-Chanay (Chickpeas) boiled
-Aloo (Potato) boiled & cubes
-Hari mirch (Green chili)
-Prepared manchurian sauce
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed
-Chaat masala
-Papri
-Sev nimco
Directions:
-In frying pan,add oil,garlic,ginger and mix well.
-Add tomato ketchup,hot sauce,soy sauce,black pepper powder,red chili crushed,salt and mix well.
-Add chaat masala and mix well.
-In corn flour,add water and mix well.
-Now add dissolve corn flour and mix well.
-Add water and mix well.
-Add sugar and mix well.
-Add onion,tomato and capsicum,mix well & set aside.
-On serving plate,add boiled chickpeas,potato,green chili,prepared manchurian sauce,red chili crushed, chaat masala,papri and sev nimco.
-Serve hot!

-Tomato ketchup,hot sauce,soy sauce,kali mirch powder,lal mirch crushed aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chaat masala dal ker mix ker lein.
-Corn flour mein pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Ab dissolve corn flour dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pani shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Cheeni dal ker mix karein.
-Pyaz,tamatar aur shimla mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Serving plate mein boiled chanay,aloo,hari mirch,tayyar manchurian sauce,lal mirch ctushed,chaat masala,papri aur sev nimco dal dein.
-Garam serve karein!

How to Make a Tin Plate
This is a super fast, kinda fun play by play on forming a plate made out of tin sheet metal (steel that has been electroplated with tin). It's a process Bob, the master tinsmith I apprenticed under, has perfected, but it does have some specialized tools and dies. My favorite part is the jumping on the plate...lol. It's not a fast process - the turning machine takes a LONG time and by the end, your shoulder and bicep are feeling it as you have to keep the plate on the stop guard perfectly or you're in trouble!
