Servings: 12
1 egg
2 c bisquick Baking Mix
3/4 c apple
1/3 c sugar
2/3 c milk
2 T oil
2 t cinnamon
Approx. Cook Time: :15 Preheat oven to 400F. Grease bottom only of 12 medium muffin cups. Beat egg slightly, stir in remaining ingredients just till moistened. Divide batter evenly among cups. Bake till golden brown, 15 to 17 minutes.
MAKES: 12 muffins

Ingredients
● Jaggery 2 tbsp
● Apple 2 medium
● Cinnamon 1 tbsp
● Skimmed Milk 1/2 cup
● Butter 1 tbsp
● Multi-grain Flour 1/2 cup
● Oats Flour 1/2 cup
● Salt 1/4 tsp
● Baking soda 1/2 tsp
● Baking Powder 1 tsp
● Cranberries or Raisins
2. Peanut Butter Banana Muffins
Ingredients
● Greek Yogurt 1/4 cup
● Banana 2
● Maple Syrup or honey 2 tbsp
● Almond Flour 1/2 cup
● Oats Flour 1/2 cup
● Baking soda 1/2 tsp
● Baking Powder 1 tsp
● Peanut Butter
● Powder 2 tbsp
● Roasted Peanuts and Almonds
3 Choco- Vanilla Muffins
Ingredients
● Milk 1/2 cup
● Greek Yogurt 1 tbsp
● Butter 1 tbsp
● All-purpose Flour 1/4 cup
● Oats flour 1/2 cup
● Almond Flour 1/4 cup
● Vanilla Essence 1 tbsp
● Salt 1/4 tsp
● Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
● Baking Powder 1 tsp
● Maple Syrup or Honey 1 tbsp
● Dark Choco chips
4 Blueberry - Protein Muffins
Ingredients
● Milk 1/2 cup
● Butter 1 tbsp
● All-purpose Flour 1/2 cup
● Oats Flour 1/2 cup
● Protein powder 1 scoop
● Salt 1/4 tsp
● Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
● Baking Powder 1 tsp
● Blueberries 1/2 - 1 cup
Baking Muffins
● At 350° F, bake muffins for 22 to 25 minutes.
● At 375° F, bake muffins for 18 to 22 minutes.
● At 400° F, bake muffins for 15 to 20 minutes.

Maple Cinnamon Muffins
10-11 muffins
2/3 Cup Coconut Flour
1/2 Cup Cassava Flour
1/4 Cup maple flakes
2 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Baking soda
1.5 tsp Cinnamon
1 Cup applesauce
1/2 Cup Coconut Sugar
1/3 Cup Oil
1) Mix Coconut Flour thru Cinnamon.
2) Blend Applesauce thru Oil.
3) Mix Wet and dry ingredients together.
4) Scoop mixture into lined muffin tin.
5) Bake 350F for 20-30 minutes until internal temp is 212F.
6) Cool completely before serving.

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 c milk
3/4 c ap flour
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp brown sugar.
Mix well, fill baking cups 1/2 to 3/4 full
Bake 375 10 to 12 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
Store in zip bag for freshness
