Under the sea/ Treasure chest 3D cake/ Monica Wada
Under the sea, treasure chest 3d cake.
I made this cake for my older daughter when she turned 10, she asked for an under the sea party. I was inspired by Ann Reardon's Fortnite Cake, but she also inspired me to start my own channel, I have learned a lot from her on how to build these 3d cakes, so Thank you Ann.

RECIPE for chocolate swiss roll
6 Egg whites
100g of Caster Sugar
6 Egg yolks
PInch of salt
1 Tbsps of vanilla extract
4 Tbsps of plain flour
4 Tbsps of cocoa powder
1/2 Tsp of Bicarbonate of soda
100g of oil
Bake 180C for about 7 min
RECIPE for chocolate ganache filing
450g of Dark chocolate I used 70% but you can use 50% if you like
500g of cream
50g of sugar
100g of unsalted butter cut into small cubes
Put the chopped chocolate in a blender of food processor, heat the cream with the sugar you don't need to boil it, cover the chocolate with the hot cream, wait for about 3 min before blending it, when the chocolate is smooth slowly add the cold butter while the blender is still on, transfer it to a bowl and cover it with cling film, keep in the fridge for 3hrs until cake is cool enough for the filling.

Treasure Chest Cake
Theo's celebrating his 20th episode and season 1 finale with a cake! This isn't any ordinary cake, with a little help from his family he decorated it into a pretty epic treasure chest cake! He also wants to remind viewers, that while cooking and playing in the kitchen can be fun, there are lots of families that go without. Check out ampleharvest.org to find your local food cupboard and donate.
We'll be taking a little break, but will be back with Season 2 soon; make sure to subscribe so you don't miss out on any great kitchen fun!

July 2022: Treasure Chests
My treasure chest mold design caught enough attention that now there is an eerily similar version out there.
This is an original design exclusive to Craft Kitsune. I poured hours, days, months into it from designing it from scratch to prototyping to testing and more. As a small business I had to expend large amounts of resources to get it produced, pay for professional photography, and pay for social media ads to gain exposure.
The only place you can purchase the original mold is with Craft Kitsune:
This mold design was revealed publicly on social media and in email on June 1st, 2022 and announced months earlier to subscribers.
