How To make Tutti Frutti Punch
16 oz Pkg frozen strawberries,thaw
6 oz Froz pineapple juice,thaw
3 oz Froz apple juice, thaw
3 oz Froz orange juice, thaw
1 1/2 c Water
33 oz Bottle seltzer, chilled
Combine first 4 ingredients in container of blender; procees until smooth. Combine strawberry mixture and water in a large pitcher; cover and chill at least 3 hours. To serve, add seltzer to juice mixture and stir gently. Serve punch immediately.

A Delicious, Refreshing Christmas Punch Recipe | Christmas Cocktail
This Christmas Punch is a lovely fruity punch for the grown-ups, containing prosecco and a good dash of vodka.
A great way to keep your guest's drinks topped up - or let them fill up themselves!
I've included some instructions below for a non-boozy version too.
Note 1: Making ahead
If you’re making the punch ahead, don't put the ice, prosecco, vodka or mint leaves in. Make the rest of the punch a few hours ahead, then add the ice, prosecco and vodka. Stir together and top with the mint leaves.
Note 2: Alcohol-free Christmas Punch
Don't add the prosecco and vodka, instead add an extra 300ml (1 1/4 cups) clementine or orange juice, plus 750ml (or about 3.1 cups) or sparkling red or white grape juice. I like to use Schloer, but you can use your favourite.
Note 3: Scaling down the punch recipe
This recipe makes around 18 cups of punch. You can scale down the recipe by half or three quarter sticking to the same ratios.

Ingredients:
Ice - (1 large bag)
2 litres (3 1/2 pints or approx 8 1/2 cups) cranberry juice
700 ml (3 cups) pomegranate juice - I used Pom juice for a stronger flavour
500 ml (2 cups) clementine juice (use orange juice if you can’t find clementine juice)
Juice of 2 limes
3 limes - sliced
3 clementines - sliced
100 g (1 cup) fresh or frozen cranberries
Seeds from 1 pomegranate
1 bottle of prosecco - (75cl or 3.1 cups)
300 ml (1 1/4 cups) vodka
Small bunch of mint leaves
Method:
1. Add a bag of ice to the punch bowl (See Note 1 if making ahead).
2. Pour in the cranberry juice, pomegranate juice and clementine juice.
3. Add the juice of 2 limes and stir.
4. Add the lime slices, clementine slices, cranberries and pomegranate seeds.
5. Pour in the prosecco and vodka. Stir and sprinkle on fresh mint leaves.

NOTE:
1. Tutti frutti stays good for 5-6 months when refrigerated.
2. I have used homemade natural food colors so it won’t be as vibrant as store-bought colors. You can use any color you want.
Ingredients:
Watermelon Rind- 2 Cups
Sugar- ¾ Cup
Water- 1 Cup
Vanilla Extract- 1 Tsp
Homemade Gel Food Color- As required
Instructions:
· Remove the green and red part of the watermelon rind. Cut the watermelon rind with a knife. Peel the skin and cut into pieces.
· To the inner pot add watermelon rind and ¾ th a cup of sugar and 1 cup of water.
· Pressure cook for 1 minute and do quick release.
· Then turn on the sauté mode. Stir and boil for 15-20 minutes stirring in between.
· Cook until getting one string consistency of sugar syrup and watermelon rind to turn soft yet retain its shape(For Me: it took 19 minutes to get one string consistency).
· Turn off the instant pot and add vanilla extract and mix all well.
. Divide the cooked watermelon rind into equal parts along with sugar syrup.
. Add a homemade food gel or any food color of your choice. I have taken Red color made with beets, green color made with spinach, and orange color made with carrots.
. Let them soak for an hour.
. Now, drain off the sugar syrup and allow them to dry over the kitchen towel. (If desired, you can also dehydrate tutti frutti by spreading thin layers on trays and drying for 12 hours, until fruit is no longer sticky).
Colorful and flavorful tutti frutti is ready to eat, top them over ice creams, puddings, Cake, or eat them as it is. Enjoy!!!
Tips:
1. Don’t dry too much it will get hard.
2. Cut into small pieces as shown in the video to get a better result.
3. Try to use homemade natural food colors.
When you drain the soaked watermelon rind, you will have the syrup, and that can be used to sweeten desserts, or drinks or pour over ice cream. It can be good as a glaze on bundt cakes! I use mine in falooda.
5. Once the tutti-frutti dries off completely, it will not be sticky, so you can mix all the colors tutti-frutti together.
6. Cook on manual or pressure cook mode until the papaya cubes turn into semi-transparent, even though they are not half cooked, no worries, it will cook well with the sugar syrup.
7. Add colors of your choice to make it more attractive and add different extracts to make it flavourful.
