Pink Passion Popsicles

These popsicles are positively perfect—they’re delicious, nutritious and easy to make. They’re loaded with vitamins, antioxidants, electrolytes, and even a little bit of healthy omega-3 fatty acids, thanks to chia! Best part is—no refined sugar! The secret to making these pink pops irresistible is the tart and tangy taste of passion fruit.
Ingedients:
* 1½ frozen ripe freckled banana
* 1 cup frozen strawberries
* ½ frozen pink pitaya pack (or powder; can also use small amount of beet or beet powder for color)
* ½ cup frozen passion fruit (or 3 fresh fruit)
* 2 cups coconut water
* 1 tbsp chia seeds
* ½ - 1 scoop vanilla protein (optional)
1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
2. Add to popsicle molds and pop in freezer for 2 hours or until solid. Remove and enjoy!
