Canning Tomato Sauce
Our garden is producing tomatoes this year! Because they are trickling in and are of different varieties, I am turning them into tomato sauce. It is quick, easy, and delicious.

The BEST TOMATO SAUCE RECIPE We've Ever Made... But Is It Worth It?
Thanks to Ghia for sponsoring this video! Head to and use promo code PASTAGRAMMAR at checkout to get 20% off your first purchase
There's a reason Eva uses canned whole peeled tomatoes in so many of our recipes: dollar for dollar, a canned tomato is (sadly) better quality than the fresh tomatoes most grocery stores offer. But what if there's a third option?
Today, we're investigating a new (for us) method of making tomato sauce using cherry tomatoes. How good will the sauce be and is it even worth the trouble and money? The results certainly surprised us and they might surprise you, too!

How to Make Homemade Yellow Tomato Sauce!
15 Minute Garlic Cherry Tomato Pasta
Sauteeing garlic in olive oil until lightly golden and cooking tomatoes in that oil, until they burst, creates a flavorful and super simple sauce. The burst cherry tomato sauce goes perfectly with linguine or spaghetti. Top it with a handful of fresh basil leaves and good quality extra virgin olive oil and in about 15-20 minutes you'll have an awesome easy pasta recipe!
