Chicken Fritters Recipe in English
Ingredients for Chicken Fritters
2 Breast Chicken (julienne cut)
2 Eggs
5 Tbsp Mayonnaise
1/3 maida
1-1/2 Mozzarella Cheese
2 Tbsp Fresh Coriander
Salt to taste
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp White Pepper
Ingredients for Sour Sauce
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
1 tsp Garlic (chopped)
½ tbsp Lemon Juice
Salt to taste
½ tsp Black pepper
Direction for Chicken Fritters
Cut the chicken into small sticks
Add chicken, eggs, mayonnaise, maida, mozzarella cheese, fresh coriander, salt, black pepper, white pepper in a bowl and mix it well.
now add 2 tbsp cooking oil in a cooking pan and fry the prepared chicken with the shape of fritters.
Direction for Sour Sauce:
Take a bowl and add mayonnaise, garlic chopped, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and mix it well. Sauce is ready now.
Your Chicken Fritters now ready to serve
Cooking time: 30 Minutes
Serve: 2-3

چکن فٹرز بنانے اجزاء
چکن بریسٹ (جولین کٹ) 2 عدد
انڈا 2 عدد
مایونیز 5 کھانے کا چمچ
میدہ ایک تھائی کپ
موزریلا چیز 1&1/2 کپ
سبز دھنیا 2کھانے کے چمچ
نمک حسبِ ضرورت
کالی مرچ 1 چائے کا چمچ
سفید مرچ 1چائے کاچمچ
ساور سوس بنانے کے اجزاء
مایونیز ایک تھائی کپ
لہسن(چوپ) 1 چائے کا چمچ
لیموں کا رس آدھا کھانے کا چمچ
نمک حسبِ ضرورت
کالی مرچ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
چکن فٹرز بنانے کی ترکیب
ایک برتن میں چکن لیں اس میں میدہ، انڈا، مایونیز، موزریلا چیز، سبز دھنیا، نمک، کالی مرچ، سفید مرچ ڈال کر اچھی طرح ملا لیں۔
اب ایک پین لیں اس میں دو کھانے کا چمچ کھانے کا تیل لیں اور اس میں تیار کیا ہوا چکن مصالحہ کو پین میں ٹکیایوں کی شکل میں فرائی کر لیں۔
ساور سوس بنانے کا طریقہ
ایک باؤل میں مایونیز، لہسن، لیموں کا رس، نمک، کالی مرچ ڈال کر ملا لیں سوس تیار ہے۔

Cheesy Chicken Fritters - Tender, Juicy and Creamy
Chicken Fritters are tender, juicy, flavourful and crisp cheesy edges
Ingredients List :
- 250 grms Chicken Breast
- 2 Eggs
- 4 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp Cornflour
- 1 tsp Spring Onion
- 4 crushed Garlic
- 1 tsp salt / as per your taste
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
Method :
- Cut boneless chicken breast into small cubes
- Take a large bowl add diced chicken, mozzarella cheese, eggs, mayonnaise, cornflour, spring onion, salt and pepper
- Combine all ingredients together, then cover the lid, keep it in refrigerator about 6-8 hours or you can keep it even over night
- Heat 2 to 3 tablespoon oil in the Pan, when oil is hot add the chicken mixture and slightly flatten out and fry about 3 minutes on each side or until it turn golden brown in colour.
- Please note do not fry in high heat as it will not cook inside.
- Serve hot Chicken Fritters in Mayonnaise

Chicken fritters ingredients
1 lb /450 grams chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces (cubes)
Vegetable oil for frying.
2 large eggs.
1/4 cup all purpose flour.
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese or any of your choice.
4 tbsp. mayonnaise.
2 tsp. salt.
1 tsp. black pepper.
1 tsp. cayenne pepper.
1 tbsp. onion powder.
1 tbsp. chive finely chopped.
1 tbsp. parsley finely chopped.
2 pimento peppers finely chopped.
how to cook chicken fritters ( procedure )
Wash and drain chicken cubes.
Add one teaspoon salt and mix well.
In heavy sauce pan add one tablespoon oil,
Add chicken and allow to cook in medium flame
Once done, transfer chicken into a bowl and allow to cool down
Add eggs, cheese, flour, mayonnaise, salt, cayenne pepper,
onion powder, black pepper, chopped pimento, chive and parsley into cooked chicken. Combine properly
Wrap with plastic and refrigerate until chilled. (30 minutes)
Heat oil in a heavy sauce pan at medium heat.
Drop batter using a spoon and allow to fry,
Cook until golden brown on both sides.
Drain excess oil on paper towel.
