2 cups (330 g) firm-ripe pears, peeled, cored, and diced, about 3 pears
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened

3 large eggs
⅓ cup (80 ml) maple syrup
¾ cup (97 g) all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Ham, asparagus and cream cheese quiche
Ham, asparagus and cream cheese quiche
Here is the recipe in detail:
For 8 people
TOTAL TIME: 55 mins
Preparation: 15 mins
Cooking time: 40 mins
Ingredients :
150 g Grated ham (Herta® type)
1 Shortcrust pastry
6 fresh green asparagus
0.5 White onion (100 g)
150 g Fresh cheese, garlic (and fine herbs)
80 g Emmental
3 eggs
200 ml Liquid cream
1 tbsp. coffee freeze-dried thyme
1 clove Garlic
Step 1: Unroll the dough and line a tart mold.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (th. 6-7).
Step 2: Whisk the eggs, liquid cream, thyme, crushed garlic and chopped onion in a salad bowl.
Add the grated ham and some cheese, mix and pour the mixture over the dough.
Step 3: Add the grated Emmental and bake for around 30 to 40 minutes.
Immerse the asparagus in boiling water for 5 minutes, then immerse them in cold water to stop the cooking.
Step 4: Cut them into strips and place them on the cooked quiche.
QUICK AND EASY SMOKED SALMON TART
whenever i get short of idea on what to have for dinner or lunch or whenever i have to prepare something in advance for the next day that is easy and quick, i always do this tart, sometimes i do it with just tomatoes and goat cheese, leeks, mixed vegetables, chicken, cold cuts meat or just like what i did, smoked salmon. it can be just fresh salmon mixed with brocoli and you it's always best eaten with green salad on the side. you will for sure be happy of the result when you'll give it a try and make your imagination work and do your own version.
INGREDIENTS:
125g smoked salmon
4 eggs
30cl fresh cream or heavy cream
30cl milk
200g grated cheese
1 puff pastry (bought one but you can make your own)
