20 Minute Dinner! Parchment Butter Salmon. Recipe by Always Yummy!
The excellent way of cooking a salmon is to cook it in a parchment paper. First, a fish cooked in such a manner is not burnt, second, you are using butter that adds a special creamy taste to a fish that also will be a sauce for fish and side dish. Third, your pan remains clean and doesn’t need any special detergent to remove odor. Forth, you will need no more than 20 minutes for cooking. And above all the fish – fried on a parchment paper it comes out tender, mouth-watering and very tasty. Serve the fish hot with vegetables, lettuce or mashed potatoes and be sure to top with the butter the fish fried in. This dish is perfect for family or even holiday dinner.

???? Ingredients:
• salmon fillet – 24 oz | 700 g
• butter – 1 oz | 50 g
• corn starch – 1 tbsp
• ground white pepper – 1 tsp
• salt to taste
✔︎ You will need:
• pan
• parchment paper
• carving board
???? Preparation:
1. Cut the fish into one serving pieces and sprinkle with the corn starch from both sides.
2. Lay a sheet of parchment paper in the pan so that it covers the bottom and walls and heat the pan over low heat.
3. Lay the fish pieces in the pan with the skin down and add the heat to medium.
4. Lay the butter pieces between fish, salt to taste, add the white pepper and fry for 4 minutes over low heat.
5. Flip the salmon pieces and keep frying for 4 minutes over low heat.
6. Take the fish out on the dish and pour with the melted butter from the pan.
7. Serve the fish hot with vegetables, lettuce or mashed potatoes.
❗️ Advices:
1. Not to have fish dry, fry it over low heat and, as soon as it is half fried, flip and keep frying for no more that 3-4 minutes.
2. While fried on a parchment paper a fish does not stick to a pan and butter is not burnt.
3. Use butter after frying as a sauce for fish or side dish.

Recipe Share | Parchment Paper Fish
This video shows an easy technique of cooking fresh veggies and a whole fish in parchment paper. I used shredded carrots, snow peas, green beans, and zucchini as a base for a whole trout. I stuffed the cavity with lemon slices and topped the fish with a compound garlic butter; recipe link below. Simple wrap in parchment paper, aluminum foil and bake at 400 (pre heated) for 20 mins.
