How To make Almond Brickle Sugar Cookies
2 1/2 c All-purpose flour
1 c Sugar
1 c Unsalted butter; softened
1 lg Egg
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Vanilla
6 oz Almond brickle bits
Preheat oven to 350F. In large mixer bowl combine all ingredients except almond brickle bits. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed (2 to 3 minutes). Stir in almond brickle bits. Shape rounded teaspoonsfuls of dough into 1-inch balls, place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheets. Flatten to 1/4-inch thickness with bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Bake for 8 to 11 minutes, or until edges are very lightly browned. -----

These cookies are very easy to make and provide just the crunch needed with an almond flavor that doesn't overpower the other ingredients.
Recipe: 1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
1cup oil
1 cup butter (softened)
1.5 teaspoons almond extract
2 eggs
3 and 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups sliced almonds
6 ounces of almond brickle baking chips or Heath toffee
bits.
(sugar) for dipping fork in to press down and make hash
marks if desired
Follow the instructions in the video and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 12-18 minutes or until golden brown on the edges.

How to Make the BEST Paleo Almond Butter Cookies!
HEY GUYS! Chantel here back with ANOTHER AWESOME RECIPE. Today, I am going to be teaching you how to make the BEST PALEO ALMOND BUTTER COOKIES you will ever eat! The recipe is right down BELOW!
What You Will Need:
•1 cup homemade almond butter (or store bought), room temperature
•1 cup coconut sugar
•1 large egg, room temperature
•1 teaspoon baking powder
•1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions:
•Preheat oven to 350º with 2 oven racks closest to the center. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.
•Combine all ingredients in a medium size bowl and stir to combine.
•Use a medium size cookie scoop to scoop out the dough (1.5 tablespoon balls), placing 8 cookies on each sheet (4 rows of 2 that are staggered).
•Bake for 9-10 minutes, until the edges are set and the centers are puffed. (The cookies will flatten and “crackle” as they cool) Cool for 10 minutes and enjoy! Particularly good with my homemade almond milk.
•Cookies will keep in an airtight container for 1 week, or in the freezer for 1 year.

OOOooo I love CHRISTMAS CRACK (aka SALTINE CRACKER TOFFEE). This is an easy candy recipe for saltine toffee cookies. I'm showing you step-by-step how to make CHRISTMAS CRACK which is my Christmas candy obsession. This stuff is addicting!

70 SALTINE CRACKERS
1 CUP BUTTER
1 CUP BROWN SUGAR
1 1/2 CUPS CHOCOLATE CHIPS
NUTS OR OTHER TOPPINGS
-PREHEAT OVER TO 400 DEGREES
-LINE A 14x20 SHEET PAN WITH FOIL AND SPRAY WITH NON-STICK COOKING SPRAY
** you can use parchment paper instead of foil for easier removal of the candy**
-LINE PAN WITH CRACKERS IN A SINGLE LAYER
-IN A SAUCEPAN, COMBINE BUTTER AND BROWN SUGAR. BRING TO A FULL BOIL.
-BOIL FOR 3 MINUTES STIRRING CONSTANTLY.
-IMMEDIATELY POUR SAUCE OVER CRACKERS AND SPREAD COMPLETELY.
-BAKE CRACKERS AT 400 DEGREES FOR 5 MINUTES OR UNTIL TOFFEE IS BUBBLY.
-REMOVE FROM OVEN AND SPRINKLE CHOCOLATE CHIPS OVER CRACKERS.
-LET CHOCOLATE SIT FOR 3-4 MINUTES TO MELT.
-SPREAD MELTED CHOCOLATE OVER CRACKERS THEN TOP WITH NUTS OR OTHER TOPPINGS.
-LET COOL FOR 10-15 MINUTES THEN PUT IN FRIDGE UNTIL COLD AND CHOCOLATE IS SET.
-BREAK INTO PIECES.
