Hey guys! Long time no see! I have been really busy these days so I am not going to post that often! But enjoy today's recipe! Im going to show you guys how to make the best 1minute sugar cookie in a microwave! This recipe is a soft sugar cookie, not a crispy cookie. Also I get to add sprinkles, which makes everything better! If you over-microwave it it will become crispy which I love! But, in general this is a chewy cookie! This is not a sad cookie, this is not a MUG cookie this is a REAL sugar cookie! Comment down below if you try this recipe! It is so good I can literally eat it on a daily basis!!! Ingredients:
2 Tbsp (1oz/30g) butter, softened to room temperature
3 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp beaten egg (crack the egg, beat it, and measure 2 tbsps)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
6 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
Instructions:
1.In a bowl, mix the butter and sugar together until creamed.
2.Mix in the egg and vanilla.
3.Stir in flour, baking soda, and sprinkles until just combined. Do NOT overmix. You will notice this is a soft dough
4.Microwave it for 1 minute or 1minute and 15 seconds! do NOT over-microwave!(Is that even a word???):)))

Makes about 25 cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup (230g) Butter, softened
2 cups (250g) Flour
2/3 cup (85g) Powdered sugar
Optional additions:
Vanilla extract
Salt
Sugar for coating
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper, set aside.
2. In a large bowl cream together the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Add the flour and mix until combined. If the dough is too soft, add 2-3 tablespoons of flour
3. 2 ways to shape the cookies:
A. Shape the dough into a disk form, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour. Then, roll out the dough into 1/4-inch (1/2cm) thick. Then, cut into desired shape (hearts, round, rectangle).
B. Roll the dough into a log shape, wrap it with plastic wrap and freeze for 30 minutes. Then, unwrap and slice the log into 1/4-inch (1/2cm) thick slices.
4. Transfer the cookies to the baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes, until slightly golden.
5. Allow to cool.
Notes:
• Cookies can be stored in an airtight container up to 3 days.
• If the cookies are too soft, refrigerate for 30 minutes before baking

Mix 1 stick of butter with 1/3 cup sugar, once fully mixed together add in 1 cup of flour and mix/knead until a dough forms.
Roll into balls and press down with a cup into cookie shapes.

- 100 gr unsalted Butter ( Use good quality butter, I use 82% fat butter)
- 120 gr White Sugar
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 tsp Salt ( NOTE: I like my sugar cookies a bit salty. If you don't want to taste the salt, add only 1/2 tsp of salt.)
- 3/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- Sprinkles/white chocolate optional
Bake these for exactly 10 minutes and once cooled store in an air tight container.
