Ingredients:
Red apple- 1 pc whole (diced ) Banana- 1 pc frozen Dried Apricot- 6 pc (Soaked in hot water for 15-20 mins ) Coconut milk – 200ml Vanilla Essence- 1 dash Oats- 2 tbspn
Method • Blend the apple ,banana ,apricots together and add coconut milk to keep it a smooth concistency . • Add vanilla essence and oats and blend well.
