Bacon Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Recipe
Serves 16
Ingredients:
8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1 cup butter, softened
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup packed brown sugar
2 large eggs, room temperature
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2¼ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 cups (12 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips
CHEESECAKE LAYER
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese,
softened
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs, room temperature
¾ cup 2% milk
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:
Line a 9-in. square baking pan that fits in the unit with foil, letting ends extend up sides; grease foil. Reserve ¼ cup crumbled bacon for top. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. In another bowl, whisk flour, salt and baking soda; gradually beat into creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and remaining bacon. Press half the dough onto bottom of prepared pan.
For cheesecake layer, in a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, milk and vanilla; beat on low speed just until blended. Pour over dough in prepared pan; drop remaining dough by rounded tablespoonfuls over cheesecake layer. Sprinkle with reserved bacon.
Slide the Pizza Rack into Shelf Position 5. Place the baking pan on the Pizza Rack. Turn the Function Dial to Pizza/Bake, set the temperature to 375° and set the timer to 45 minutes. Bake until golden brown and cheesecake has set, 40-45 minutes; cool in pan on a wire rack. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before cutting. Lifting with foil, remove from pan. Cut into bars.

Ingredients ;
1/4 onions slice into 1cm
20 g parsley thinly slice
4 pieces bacon slice into 1 cm
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 egg
100 cc fresh milk
2 tbsp mayonnaise
200 g hot cake mix
10 g thinly slice cheese
salt & pepper to taste
Procedure ;
Put egg in a bowl,milk, mayonnaise and mix
Add hot cake mix, cheese and mix
Put bacon and onions saute, parsley,salt and pepper to taste mix
Then put in oven 180 degree for 27 minutes to 30 minutes

1 cup of All Purpose / Plain Flour
2 tablespoons of Sugar
1/2 a tablespoon of Baking Powder
1/4 a teaspoon of Salt
1 large Egg
1/2 a cup of Buttermilk or Yogurt
2 tablespoons of Melted Butter
2 Strips of Crispy Bacon
1/2 a cup of Cheddar Cheese
1 Spring / Green Onion
1 Hard Boiled Egg
Extra Cheese for the Top
Oven Temperature 375F / 190C for 25-30 minutes
