Thickest and Yummiest Banana Milkshake | NO Sugar | High Protein Drink
Hello awesome people,
Today learn How to make Banana Milkshake with me. It is the recipe to make the thickest and yummiest milkshake. No added sugar. Do it exactly like me and you will forget the milkshakes of street food vendors.
RECIPE
Ingredients - 4 Elaichi or Yelakki Bananas, Milk, Dates, Almonds
Method -
1. Soak 7 to 8 almonds for 4 to 5 hours or overnight.
2. Freeze 4 bananas. We are using Elaichi bananas or Yelakki bananas.
3. Later, peel the soaked bananas. Deseed 4 to 5 dates.
4. In a blender jar, add the frozen bananas, peeled almonds, dates, and approximately 2 glasses of milk and blend it.
5. Serve it chilled.
Note that we haven't added sugar. We have used dates for adding natural sweetness. Dates are rich in iron, improve bone health, and lowers cholesterol levels in the body.
This recipe of banana milkshake with no sugar is a perfect snack. Sometimes it is my alternative to breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
One big glass of chilled banana milkshake with dates is approximately 250 calories. See. So healthy. You can give this to your children for weight gain. This recipe is amazing for pregnant women as well.
