1 c Ham bits (include juice,
-etc.; will be "gelled" from -storage in refrigerator) 7 Jalapeno peppers (fresh
-or frozen) 2 cn Pinto beans (16-oz)
-reserve liquid from -one can 1 ts Monosodium glutamate
1 tb Minced onion flakes
1 ts Mexene chili powder
Blend ingredients well and serve. Beau's notes: * There are no "jalapeno beans;" there are jalapeno peppers and pinto beans. I have two recipes, both of which are quite tref, but a Catholic should worry? But if you are hosting a Jewish person, smoked turkey will substitute most agreeably for the chazer called for in either recipe.]

Tacos from the Farm Stand Kitchen! SASSY BEEF!
1 1/2 pounds 85% lean ground beef
2 Tablespoons water
1 1/2 Tablespoons Farm Stand Taco Seasoning ( recipe below)
1/3 cup Sweet Thai Chili Sauce
In a skillet, brown the ground beef and drain. Add the water and taco seasoning. Throughly combine. Stir in the chili sauce. Simmer on low for 3-4 minutes. Serve!
TACO SEASONING RECIPE
4 Tablespoons Mexican Chili Powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon oregano
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon sea salt or table salt
1 teaspoon ground pepper
Mix all in a small dish and store in a container with a lid. Makes enough for several meals of tacos.

CREAMY PROTEIN PESTO:
Plain Hummus (½ Cup)
Fresh Basil (2 Cups)
Fresh Arugula (2 Cups)
Minced Garlic (3 Tbs)
Nutritional Yeast (¼ Cup)
Lemon Juice (3 Tbs)
Salt to Taste
Oil or Vegetable Broth (Add to make the Pesto more creamy) (2-4 Tbs)
????PROCESS OR BLEND TOGETHER
PERFECT PESTO SANDWICH:
Smashed Cooked Chickpeas (1 Cup)
Creamy Protein Pesto (⅓ Cup)
???? SMASH AND MIX TOGETHER UNTIL WELL COMBINED
SLICE AND ADD IN:
Vegan Mozzarella or Avocado Slices (½ Cup)
Sliced Tomatoes (4-6 Slices)
Sliced Cucumbers (5-8 Slices)
Sliced Jalapeños (4-8 Slices)
Fresh Greens (¼ Cup)
Indian Black Salt and Pepper to Taste
Gluten-Free Bread or Bread of Choice

Chana Masala Burger! Vegan and easy, step by step
I actually didn't use any crazy ingredients this week, so maybe you can go to the store and make this one yourself! Or I can make it for you ????
I haven't made a chickpea burger yet because I feel like they are one of the most common veggie burgers out there. However, I was unable to find a good-looking Chana Masala Burger. This patty smells soooo good and tastes even better!
