This banana bread is super moist, loaded with sweet bananas, and topped with walnuts. Once you make it I am sure you will agree that this is way better and healthier than Starbucks. Perfect for breakfast or dessert!

Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups (227 grams) all purpose flour
2 teaspoons (8 grams) baking powder
1/2 teaspoon (2 grams) baking soda
1/4 teaspoon (1 gram) salt
2/3 cup (134 grams) granulated white sugar
2 large (100 grams) eggs, at room temperature
1/2 cup (115 grams) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
3 tablespoons (48 grams) milk, at room temperature
1 teaspoon (4 grams) vanilla extract
1 cup (300 grams) mashed bananas
1 cup (120 grams) walnuts (divided), coarsely chopped
Quaker Oats (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350 F (180 C) and butter or spray with a non stick vegetable spray, a 9 x 5 x 3 inch (23 x 13 x 8 cm) loaf pan. Set aside.
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
2. In another mixing bowl, using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat sugar and eggs until well blended. Stir in butter, milk and vanilla extract, beat until well combined. Add mashed banana. Whisk until well combined.
3. Add the dry ingredients, beat until just combined. Stir in chopped walnuts. Do not over mix! Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl.
4. Pour batter in a prepared baking pan.
5. Top with chopped walnuts. Sprinkle with Quaker oats (optional). Bake at 350 F (180 C) for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven. Cool completely. Enjoy!

1. First wash and cut your strawberries and then peel your bananas or cut them. After you cut everything up, add your whipped cream all over your fruits. Finally sprinkle a little crushed walnuts over it!

Healthy Banana Bread - Cooking With Ayeh
Traditionally, banana bread can be unhealthy with a high amount of sugar and butter. So I’ve created my own healthy version without using any added sugars or butter, still keeping a beautiful flavour and moist texture. This recipe is now a regular in my house, and I’m sure it will be in your home too ????
INGREDIENTS
Dry Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
2 tsp baking powder
½ cup chopped walnuts
2 tbsp chia seeds
½ tsp ground cinnamon
Wet Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
1 extra banana for garnish
1 egg or flax egg
4 tbsp melted coconut oil
2 tbsp rice malt syrup or honey
½ cup almond milk
Dash of vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups of flour
1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup of salt
Method:
1. Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk until combined
2. Mix all the wet ingredients in another bowl until combined
3. Mix them both together and then put them in your bread maker or the oven at 180 degrees celsius for 20 minutes.
4. Enjoy!!
