1985 Chevrolet Crew Cab Dually First RIDE! BOLT IN OBS Bench Seat Install and Gas Pedal Fab!
In this episode we use OEM GM Parts to bolt an OBS GM bench seat into our Squarebody dually and modify a van drive by wire throttle assembly to bolt to the firewall in the correct position. We also installed the correct software file on the ECU and went on our first test drive! This one isn't for sale just yet. As always, thanks for watching!

Recipe - Pretzel Knots:
Cheese Sauce:
Ingredients:
Pretzel Knots-
1 and 1/2 cups warm water
2 and 1/4 teaspoons
(7g) instant or active dry
yeast (1 standard packet)
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
or granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon unsalted butter,
melted and slightly cool
3 and 3/4 - 4 cups (469-500g) all-
purpose flour
plus more for hands and work surface
Cheese Sauce-
1 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp Flour
1 cup Whole Milk
1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
Salt to taste
Optional: garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder, and paprika.

Join me in the kitchen for this RIDICULOUSLY TASTY Beer Braised Pulled Pork Slow Cooker recipe!!!!! PLUS BONUS: I show you how I make a 6 cup bulk portion of the BBQ Dry Rub I use on EVERYTHING: pulled pork, brisket, bbq chicken, country style pork ribs!!! You will want this on hand in your pantry!
Got to share this dish with my friends from Voctave as dinner while we were in the studio recording a new album. I like to think the tasty food inspired them a little!!! :) Magnificent music, great food and great people!!! Can't beat it!!!
INGREDIENTS:
Dry Rub (makes 6 cups; divide for smaller portion)
1/2 cup salt
1/3 cup black pepper
1/3 cup garlic powder
1/2 cup cumin
4.5oz container of chili powder
1.5oz container crushed red pepper flakes
2oz container paprika
1.5oz container ground coriander
1.75oz container ground mustard
1tsp ground cayenne
1tsp ground ginger
1tsp ground cinnamon
1Tbsp Jamaican all spice
1.5 Tbsp oregano
1/3 cup dark brown sugar
Pulled Pork:
Pork butt (needs to fit your crockpot/slow cooker)
Dry Rub (see above)
Spicy Brown Mustard
1 medium sweet onion (sliced)
4-5 cloves of garlic (peeled, whole)
2 bottles of your favorite beer (I use Angry Orchard Apple Cider and Guinness Stout in this recipe)

Today we were hungry for some comfort food since Fall is upon us. So we went ahead and made some 100% grass fed beef short ribs inspired by @howtobbqright
This recipe was surprisingly simple and the flavors were perfect! I can truly say that this was one recipe I will be repeating! The meat was so juicy and tender that I got from @TheBeardedButchers
We did some mashed taters and a simple salad, along with our braising veggies for sides.
The meat fell off the bone as I fell out of my chair lol. So I hope this video inspires you to make some great food at home and stay tuned for the next video where we cook the king of steaks!
