1 c Sugar
8 oz Commercial sour cream
3 tb All-purpose flour
1/8 ts Salt
4 c Fresh blueberries
1 Unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
1 tb Sugar
1/4 c Dried breadcrumbs; fine
1 tb Sugar
1 tb Butter or margarine; melted
Recipe by: Southern Living
Combine first 4 ingredients; stir well. Place blueberries in unbaked pastry shell; sprinkle 1 tablespoon sugar over berries. Spread sour cream mixture over berries. Combine breadcrumbs, 1 tablespoon sugar, and butter; sprinkle over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until -----

Crust
1 1/2 cup Flour
1 tbsp Granulated sugar
1/2 salt
8 tbsp unsalted butter chilled
3-5 tbsp cold water
Bake for 15-20 minutes
CRUMBLE
6 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped coated wall nuts
1/2 cup regular chopped wall nuts
3/4 cup Flour
FILLING
3-5 cups berries
1/2 sugar
4 tbsp corn starch
1 tbsp lemon juice
pinch salt
Bake for 30 - 40 minutes .

Ingredients
Filling:
Approx. 1 lb Blueberries (500g)
1.5 Tablespoon Potato Flour
3 Tablespoons Sugar
Crumb Pie:
4.5oz Butter “Room Temperature” (125g)
0.4 cups sugar (1dl)
1.1 Cups Flour (2 3/4dl)
Salt
Directions
Oven Temperature: 425F (225C)
Time: 25min
1. Preheat the oven
2. Make the filling: place the blueberries in a oven safe pan with the potato flour and sugar and stir around
3. Make the Crumb pie: Mix together rest of the ingredients with room tempertured butter
4. Crumb the pie dough over the blueberries
5. Place the pan in the oven
6. Serving Tip: Serve together with Vanilla ice cream or Custard sauce
