Today I’m sharing a very fun recipe with you- healthy eggless chocolate cookies made without refined flour, refined sugar, eggs and butter! I am also excited to share a no-oven option for these chocolate chip cookies. those who don’t have an oven can make it in a pan on the stove top!
1/2 cup ghee
1/2 cup jaggery powder/ coconut sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
A pinch of salt
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tbsp corn flour
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Sea salt to top

In this video we will see how to make tea kadai biscuit at home. This wheat biscuit recipe is made without maida, without butter and without sugar. This biscuit can also be baked in an idli cooker or pressure cooker or a heavy bottom pan. These wheat biscuits will definitely melt in your mouth but they are made with just a handful of simple ingredients. Also in this recipe we are going to use ghee instead of butter and it has this rich nutty taste.

You can make a keto cookie in 45 seconds using the microwave. But the air fryer and oven are just as easy and take around 6 minutes to bake up a soft, chewy low carb chocolate chip cookie.
Another amazing thing about this recipe is that it is EGG FREE!!! So not only is this cookie gluten free and sugar free, but if you are trying to avoid eggs, this is your keto recipe! KETO CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE FOR ONE RECIPE
2 tablespoons almond flour
1 teaspoon coconut flour
2 teaspoons monk fruit
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
pinch of salt
1 tablespoon keto approved chocolate chips
In a small bowl, add all the ingredients listed above. Mix together using a fork until combined. Mold into 1 or 2 cookies. Place in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together and to keep the cookie from spreading while baking.
OVEN INSTRUCTIONS: Place cookie on a parchment lined baking tray and bake at a 350 degrees for 6 minutes or until the edges start to brown. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before handling.
MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS: Place cookie on a piece of parchment paper and microwave at 100% or high for 45 seconds. Let cookie cool completely before handling.
AIR FRYER INSTRUCTIONS: Place cookie on the pre-greased air fryer grilling tray. Bake at 350-360 degrees for 6 minutes. Let cookie cool completely before handling.

**Oero chocolate cookie wheat bran cake. Slimming world**
I'm obsessed with these cakes!!! I played around with this fantastic HEB option and voila! You can swop the milk, flavouring and add whatever you fancy. Today I added some grated carrot for a carrot cake, if you add fruit remember to syn it, cooked fruit has syns. Add choc shot for 1/2 syn per tsp or any low syn syrups. Ginger is nice and so is cinnamon. I haven't made one that I don't like!
