Fig Fennel Bread | Both eggless and with egg recipe options |
Banana bread is most commonly baked quick bread that everyone enjoys with a cup of coffee. But if you are after a variation, this Fig Fennel bread is equally delicious especially if you can grab fresh figs that are in season. Figs have a deep fruity sweetness and fennel seeds provide a mellow flavour that enhances this sweetness further. I would say fig and fennel combination is deliciously pleasant. Give this a try and you will forget your good old banana bread.
